Adoro il mio soggiorno a Terminus Hôtel! La King Business Suite era pulita, classica e super comoda. L'intero posto ha una fresca, moderna vibedefinitamente un nuovo stile di hotel. Desidero loro tutti il meglio nel loro viaggio! Sono chiaramente stati duri a fare questo posto speciale. Lo consiglio agli amici e sicuramente restare ancora lì! – Mohammed

Il miglior hotel per il prezzo. La stanza era enorme rispetto ad altri hotel. Tutto era perfetto. Ho trovato il miglior posto per restare ogni volta che devo visitare i miei genitori a Brossard. Il colazione è incluso nel prezzo.

The facilities were comfortable, and most of the staff were professional and welcoming. However, we encountered two concerning issues that I feel compelled to share. Firstly, during a shower, my father was almost burned due to a water temperature malfunction. The hot water did not come for a long time, and when he turned the tap fully to hot, it locked in place and could not be turned off. The hotel promptly sent a plumber to fix the issue and kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second issue deeply impacted our experience. During breakfast on our second morning, we were served by a staff member named Isabella. Her behavior was blatantly discriminatory. Although I attempted to engage with her, she refused to acknowledge me, instead directing all her attention to my father, a white middle-aged man. She refilled his coffee but ignored me entirely, despite us both finishing at the same time. When I requested the bill, she acted as if she did not understand me and again responded only when my father spoke. This experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing, especially given the otherwise positive stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides training to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect, regardless of their background.

Très joli, propre, moderne et bien localisé. Bon rapport qualité prix. Dans une optique constructive, il serait bien d'avoir une machine à café et le stationnement n'est pas facile. Mis à part ces petits détails nous avons adoré notre séjour et je recommande l'endroit. J'y retournerai fort probablement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Friendly service.  Took good care of us.  Our room was very clean.  Customer service was top notch.  Location is convenient as well - next to Place Bell and across from the bus and metro.  Would definitely return.  Thank you!

I stay at this hotel very frequently. It is extremely convenient and accessible as it's right next to the station. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place is very clean and tidy. The swimming pool here also has its own unique charm. The indoor lounge is also fantastic. The restaurant is good as well. All in all, it's my favorite hotel, and I highly recommend it to you. Our room in this hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the main attractions but it is okay since we drive. The current construction around the hotel area is a bit annoying and confusing. Since we arrive late at night, it took us some time to find out where the entrance to the hotel since the main entrance was blocked by the construction site.
