Room size was decent, however the layout of the hotel rooms are akin to a maze. You may have to walk quite far if your room is all the way at the back.
Location is good, which is walking distance to the main station. Service was alright, could have been more swift and efficient as well.
Amenities were great, there is a central pool with jacuzzi tubs at the side, mini sauna and a small-mid sized gym which has sufficient equipments to get a workout in.

Hôtel qui semble très récent. Les resto de l'Hôtel est superbe. Souper et déjeuner délicieux. Les lits très confortables. Collé sur La Place Bell. Parfait pour aller voir un show et ne pas se casser la tête avec le stationnement. Bref, je retourne voir un show à La Place Bell je retourne là sans réfléchir. Ça vaut le prix.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. The ski resort is great for every age group and is an ideal destination for both summer & winter holidays. There is a free Cabriolet ride to base of the mountain where you will find shops and plenty eating places. There is also ski lifts for all you skiers during winter months. Only stayed 1 night In between cities but could definitely have stayed more. The staff at check in were lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend this resort.

Room is quite old and cleanliness is good.
It's good to stay overnight if you are on your way to Montreal. No breakfast included and the price is barely acceptable. Receptionists are nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

Finora così buono, il colazione può essere migliorato. Solo 10 minuti di auto per le attrazioni di Ottawa. Ma questo hotel è più economico di quello di Ottawa con parcheggio gratuito. Ps. La strada davanti all'hotel era in costruzione mentre il nostro soggiorno(infelicissima)..

Great location and kind staffs. The room was big. It's better to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. It was also great that the breakfast was provided. There is a big supermarket nearby so it was easy to get something there.

UUtente ospiteI’ve been coming to Hotel Zero 1 for a few years, being the only hotel I book in Montreal due to its impeccable walkability. That being said, it’s unfortunate that it’s no longer shiny and new, you can really see the wear and tear over the years. If you want luxury you’re not going to find it here; however, it’s still a great place to stay for the action packed traveller who wants somewhere a bit nicer than a motel to stay. I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated. The room was clean, check in and check out was easy, and even though the valet service is closed, the parkade they directed us to was safe and straightforward. I’d categorize this hotel as 3 stars as the amenities aren’t that great, but just know what you’re walking into, manage your expectations to that, and you will have a great stay.
It’s just kind of a shame to see a hotel that I have great memories in not keep up with maintaining the property. If they repaired the fabric on the bed, replaced the shower heads and updated with smart TVs, that would make a world of difference.
TLDR;
Pros: clean linens, cable tv, microwave and fridge in the room
Cons: dated technology, broken Roku, only one elevator for the whole building, no on site parking.

UUtente ospiteIl personale del front desk è molto amichevole e utile. Il buffet caldo (compreso il prezzo del soggiorno di notte) è assolutamente sorprendente, solo che vale la pena rimanere lì. Tostature, bacche, muffin, cereali, porridge caldo, omeletta di formaggio, omeletta semplice, uova bollite, salsicce, bacon ... e una stazione di waffle “fai il tuo” con salsicce, crema sgusciata e diverse tappeti!!! Il caffè e il tè o l'acqua calda sono disponibili nel lobby 24/7! Nella mia suite studio c'è una cucina completa con lavastoviglie, frigo di dimensioni piene e si può prendere in prestito una piastra di induzione elettrica per la cucina. La stanza è grande, con una cortina che separa il letto di divano e il letto di grandezza re. Ci sono due strati di ciechi per assicurare la completa oscurità durante il sonno.
L'unica cosa negativa era che la mia camera d'albergo era di fronte alla strada principale e quindi ci sono state auto che vanno ogni 3-5 min in mezzo alla notte, e ho sentito tutte le auto che vanno, anche alle 1:00am o 3:00am mentre stavo cercando di dormire!!! Il giorno dopo, ho chiesto di prendere le penderie dall'accoglienza e ho dormito molto meglio! Avrei dovuto chiederle quando sono entrato.
La temperatura dell'acqua nella piscina interna di sale non è troppo fredda, ma non calda. Ho avuto una buona nuoto. Questo hotel è meno di due anni, quindi tutto è nuovo, pulito e luminoso. Molte famiglie con bambini piccoli sono rimaste lì il fine settimana, e grazie speciali al personale amichevole, soprattutto a chi mi ha aiutato con i bagagli.

Breakfast was mediocare with limited variety of breads and fruits, hardly any cheese or vegtables. I would have expected more for the price. The dining room was nice.
Rooms : - The first day we assigned a room on the first floor, which was tiny . The following day, after we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The room was large and nice with 2 queen beds. Both rooms had a very nice bathroom.
Location: Isolated. May be good for golfers.

UUtente ospiteThe location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable.
Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.

JJoeL'hotel offre le nozioni di base. Niente di più, niente di meno. La colazione è stata delusa (per me). Non venivano servite proteine. Niente uova, niente prosciutto, niente formaggio. Niente di caldo. Avevano anguria e ananas, pane e un paio di cose da spalmare sopra. Succhi, yogurt e cereali. Se sei bravo con questi. Divertirsi. Un'altra delusione è il parcheggio. Hanno fatto pagare C$35 a notte, ma potete trovare opzioni molto più economiche (40% in meno) a un isolato o due da questo hotel.

MMarley KThis hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.
