I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Va bene, la posizione è buona, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Yerevan, Armenia, circa 7 minuti a piedi, ci sono molti centri commerciali nei dintorni e c'è anche un Carrefour per fare la spesa in tutta comodità.

Se sei un germafobo, scegliere un hotel è sempre un compito difficile. Dopo aver cercato decine di hotel, ho deciso di prenotare l'Hotel Dave Yerevan. Aperta nel 2021, l'hotel si sente ancora brand nuove – camere e aree comuni sono prigioniero, cibo fresco e personale felice. Inoltre, Dave Hotel offre una varietà di tour personalizzati secondo il vostro calendario, preferenze e interessi. Grazie a ****n che ha organizzato un fantastico viaggio di giorno per il lago Sevan e Garni!! Divertirsi con una vista panoramica di una splendida Armenia mentre guidava uno sci a jet nel lago Sevan è stato uno dei migliori esperienze di viaggio della mia vita! Ho anche fatto un tour di sera a Yerevan. Era martedì, ma la città si sentiva come venerdì –molto vivace. La Piazza Repubblica è un'opera d'arte, ma l'osservatorio è il mio preferito personale. Anche se ho riuscito (con l'aiuto di ****n) a vedere molto durante il mio viaggio in Erevan 30-hour, l'Armenia ha molto di più da offrire. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

Non siamo stati trattati in nessun hotel nel mondo così tanto. Servizio 10/10. Molto rispettoso atteggiamento che è anche terribile. Il taxi offre di chiamare, l'acqua per la strada dare se si va a un ristorante vicino, e sulla pioggia strada, poi l'ombra darà per la sera. L'unico momento, la matrigna non è due camere, ma due camere, stanno muovendo, ma così in tutti gli hotel di recente, quindi è tutto lo stesso

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Questo è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole per la mia famiglia. L’appartamento era grande, con un bel layout, una giornata di luce, e pulito. Il servizio, il personale e la loro attenzione erano sorprendenti. Molto gentile gente, ci ha aiutato con i dettagli e le richieste che abbiamo chiesto (imprimere documenti, pulire l'appartamento ogni giorno, fornire acqua e altro, ecc.), con gentilezza e apertura. Il colazione era una ricca selezione di cibo dolce, fatto di ingredienti freschi, e il personale della cucina si occupava di ospiti, pulizie, piatti riempiti, ecc. , facendo ogni mattina un bel cominciamento. Se ho la possibilità di visitare di nuovo, prenoterò felicemente questo appartamento alberghiero.

Un piacevole hotel pulito, la colazione è inclusa, il personale parla russo, posizione sulla montagna (perciò meglio dal centro per tornare a casa sulla metropolitana), da alcune camere si può vedere Mount Ararat, Ma se non c'è vista dalla stanza - è sempre visibile dalle scale. In quella stanza c'erano tutti i necessari - acqua, tè, servizi igienici, scarpe.

Отличный отель в самом центре города. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый, все вопросы и проблемы стараются решить быстро и качественно . Расположен на 7-10 этажах здания . Номера на любой вкус от хостела до апартаментов . Всюду очень чисто. Хороший полноценный завтрак включая яичницу и омлет. Удобная зона коворкинга и зона столовой , где можно передохнуть и/или поработать. Мы останавливались в апартаментах на 10-м этаже, большие просторные. В номере были халаты и тапочки, что очень приятно, полноценная кухня , большая гостиная и спальня. Рассчитан на 4 человека. Буквально за углом от отеля есть супермаркет и даже круглосуточный супермаркет в 250 метрах. Вокруг много разных ресторанов, кафе, трактиров и т.д.

Great living experience and clean hotel. Good convenient downtown location. All places of interest are within walking distance, I would feel more comfortable if the front desk team was a bit more literate with their command of English.
