La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica. I trasporti sono comodi e si trova all'ingresso della città vecchia di Gucheng. Ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi nei dintorni. Lo zio e la zia alla reception sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Molto economico e pulito. Per i backpacker, è confortevole come a casa. Se dovessi tornare a Kashgar, mi piacerebbe soggiornare in questo hotel.

I had reserved a twin room for 2 nights, and I wanted to reserve a family room for the following 3 nights. As I was in Urumqi earlier, I visited the hotel and was shown a very nice family (1 large bed, 1 single bed) room, and I could had it for the 5 days. Thus I decided to add the 3 more nights. When I arrived the due day, things had changed. Now they could not upgrade the first 2 days to the family room - fair enough. But was is not acceptable is that the large room that I was promised and for which I paid, was not available anymore (”the client decided to stay one more night”), then I had to stay in a small family room where we and our stuff didn't fit. The next day again I was promised to be moved to a larger room and again it was not true. By that time, I got sick with a serious cold and couldn't move hotels, and I even had to extend my stay one more day in tight conditions because of my cold. Besides, they have too few cleaning stuff for such number of rooms, therefore cleaning was an issue In summary, never believe the manager of this hotel, he will do whatever fits him independently of his previous promises.

因陪孩子到新疆烏魯木齊絲路國際滑雪場滑雪有緣與貓窩客棧相遇，雖是客棧如酒店一樣，也是按酒店設計配置，4天3晚收穫了超越期待的驚喜。 服務：首先深深感受到老闆和老闆娘的友好熱情真誠，尤其老闆娘很有親和力，當有任何問題提出能及時迴應並給予幫助解決，辦理入住時會耐心地告知房間温度（晚上若感覺冷可以增加被子）、電熱水器預熱時間及使用注意事項、去雪場會有車接送服務等，入住時用升降機把大件行李拿上來並幫忙拿到房間，感受到了如家人般的温暖。 設施：房間寬敞明亮、電視、地暖、電熱水器、行李升降機等設施齊全，暖氣充足舒適，熱水整天供應，白天陽光透過窗户灑進房間明亮暖洋洋的，窗外景色優美—— 能看到艾文道，非常道、玄奘道，尤其夜晚能看到艾文道燈光閃亮，這也是選擇景觀標間的原因；另外，孩子很喜歡走廊的設計猶如哈利波特電影裏的某些場景，環境安靜。 衞生：房間整潔清爽，床上用品乾淨舒適，每天有保潔人員清掃房間。第一天入住時老闆讓我們選擇兩間房間，我們選擇了有榻榻米床的房間，主要是被具有新疆元素地毯所吸引。 早餐：網上預訂房間時是不含早餐的，但到酒店時老闆就給了早餐免費卷，這是沒想到的。早餐提供奶茶、煮雞蛋、小米（或玉米）紅棗粥、花捲、炒菜、涼拌菜等，簡單且補充能量，能滿足基本需求。 位置：酒店距離雪場很近，遊客中心分東西兩區，不論驅車步行都很方便。我們去時東區開放，酒店提供車接送服務，車行5-6分鐘左右，步行10幾分鐘；西區雖未開放，若步行5分鐘左右；孩子去滑雪時大人可以走走曬太陽，吸新鮮空氣，權當鍛鍊身體了。 離開酒店時老闆幫忙拿行李送至樓下，非常感謝，下次有機會還會到貓窩客棧入住。

房間寬敞，旅友們在公共區域交流氣氛很好，公共區域有存放滑雪板。我特別喜歡此青旅的位置。院子出門面對馬路的右邊，餃子館的餃子都十分好，公交車站的馬路對面是一個農貿市場，十分值得逛一逛。農貿市場邊上的早餐店品種豐富，有見到本地居民有提着開水瓶到早餐店買奶茶，有的店有薰馬腸。院子出門的左邊，步行800多米就是將軍山步棧道的起點，有時間喜歡登山看日出日落撿蘑菇的旅友一定喜歡。附幾張將軍山俯瞰阿勒泰日落圖。

Good hotel. I got lost walking there from T3. I think they have a shuttle. If you walk straight it's probably less than 5 minutes. It took me close to an hour at 2 AM.

Andare in molti luoghi, mi piace vivere in un popolare distretto. Il popolare distretto di Satran è molto sorpreso. Non è la stanza che è lussuosa. La stanza è calda e bene.
