Hotel in zona Towers von Los Carpinteros, 2012 (#KiöR), Zurigo

It was a good hotel but slightly overpriced considering its location. They charged 24 CHF for parking which is very high. Parking should be free for hotel stay. Its part of the amenity. Due to road construction the parking access is very tough. The rooms were decent although the room had a lot of dust, the vacuuming wasn’t good even with new linen.

Nice modern room that is clean. The service is very good and they really try to give good service. They don’t provide conditioner for hair and no lotion but they provide shampoo and body wash. They give free all the drinks in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Un grande hotel boutique nella vecchia città di Zurigo. 6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Zurigo HB dopo il nostro volo a Zurigo. Il personale del Front Desk Sam era estremamente utile e molto gentile, parlava inglese molto bene. Hotel molto pulito completamente aggiornato e questa posizione è AAA per ristoranti e bar, ed è anche tranquillo per un grande sonno notturno. La colazione era ampia per cominciare il nostro giorno. Il caffè era grande e una buona selezione di carne, formaggio, cereali e succo. La macchina del fonduo di cioccolato all'ingresso era davvero carina!

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

Con il soggiorno in una camera da letto 6-bed come un'esperienza normale, il migliore di questo posto a mio parere è fuori dalla stanza e in particolare i ”grandi corridoi” sono molto spaziosi per camminare intorno e la ”grande sale”, le scale con un sacco di spazio di lavoro (grande tavola e sedie intorno). E sì, anche un bel ”bella riempimento” era il suo colazione a buffet con una varietà di articoli (in realtà cibo disponibile tutto il giorno con pranzo e cena, ma che dovrete pagare per diversamente dal colazione incluso con il soggiorno). Se arriva qui dalla stazione centrale di Zurigo (HB), il treno è prima a Hardbrucke (solo una stazione da HB) seguito dal bus a Jugendherberge (circa un 15-minute e partendo alla stazione appena prima della sua ultima fermata di Morgental). E se si va dal centro di qui alla zona con le ”chiese principali” della città (Fraumunster, Grossmunster & St. Peter's), c'è un tram a pochi passi ”diretti da” all'ingresso frontale (e probabilmente ad un intervallo frequente).

Lovely location with stunning views but do arrange IN ADVANCE with the front desk to have a LUGGAGE VAN meet you at the train station. The hotel does not allow cars to drive up the hill so you must walk which is no issue unless you are carrying/pulling luggage. It's a 10 minute uphill walk (choice of stairs or flat ground). Beautiful hotel and nice rooms, very clean. The outdoor seating area around the tower and outdoor fire pit area could use some maintenance in terms of daily trash pickup and re-staining of wood furniture. Restaurant was delicious. You can also opt to eat at the Hillz restaurant at the bottom of the hill for something more casual if you are staying several nights. There is also a casual food truck type place when the weather is nice.

La stanza non è grande, ma è sufficiente. Non ci sono articoli da toeletta e pantofole, quindi è necessario portarli da casa. Niente acqua in bottiglia. Al piano inferiore c'è una sala per la colazione e un armadietto per gli snack. Penso che il vantaggio più grande sia che è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana leggera e all'aeroporto. La stazione della metropolitana leggera è sul lato destro quando esci, ed è a sole due fermate dall'aeroporto. Ci sono 22 fermate dirette al centro città, come Bahnhofstrasse, e il viaggio dura circa 30 minuti. Un biglietto della metropolitana leggera valido 24 ore costa solo 5,4 franchi svizzeri e puoi viaggiare su qualsiasi treno.

Questo è l'hotel che Trip.com mi ha aiutato a cambiare.Poiché prima ha fissato una stella svizzera vicino all'aeroporto, era un letto 1.4 ma è andato a due letti separati.Contatta Trip.com per un'ora.Se è mezzanotte, è stato un crollo. Fortunatamente non c'è una casa molto difficile e l'ambiente non è così buono, ma è meglio cucinare come un popolo.Questo sonno Z è più come un alto livello di quattro stelle.L'ambiente è molto simile.La colazione di autobus è una colazione, prenota 16 franchi in anticipo, e il prezzo del piatto bianco in Svizzera. Perché un panino supermercato richiede circa 8 franchi.La zia nera ha un servizio colazione molto entusiasta.Per aiutare a rimanere per raccontare notizie.

L'hotel vicino all'aeroporto è molto economico. Il prezzo è molto alto. L'hotel non ha ricordato che non includeva colazione al mattino. Quando si controlla, ho scoperto che era 22CHF ogni giorno. Per il tipo di colazione, questo 22 è ovviamente un onere eccessivo.

We had checked in online with our rooms confirmed as diamond member. Our rooms were next to our children's room but when we came the check in staff did not bother to greet us properly and then our rooms were away from other each other. Being a diamond member no apologies but when I asked for manager I was told I can meet tomorrow morning and a note will be left that I would like to meet. Morning I came down checked at reception and was told manager will come on Wednesday only. I stayed 4 days and no managers came to meet us even though I had complained. Michelle and Carolina helped me and sorted the room issue and put the rooms together on Tuesday. The rooms were hot and AC did not worked when room moved told AC will work and no big surprise it did not. AC is going problem when i checked other reviews . The cleaners came to our room and left their cleaning clothes in our room I had to call the reception to take the cleaning stuff out. Felt like they do not care about customers other than Michelle and Carolina who helped trying to make sure things could be put right to make it comfortable. More than a holiday it was a stressful time. Would say avoid them.
