Zurigo: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Abbiamo adorato questo hotel! Fabian e tutto il personale della reception sono stati fantastici e ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti. È molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Anche la colazione era buona nella M Lounge e la vista dalla nostra junior suite era incredibile. La nostra unica lamentela è la situazione dell'ascensore. Abbiamo quasi perso il volo perché ci sono voluti 30 minuti per scendere. Solo 2 ascensori su 3 funzionavano il giorno della partenza. A parte questo, è un ottimo hotel!

Tutti sono buoni, igiene, attrezzature, servizio sono buoni, perché il ristorante cinese è buono, verdure davvero deliziose.................................

Sono stato un assiduo frequentatore delSavoy prima della ristrutturazione. . Devo dire che il Mandarin Savoy non mi ha deluso. Gentilezza alla Reception cortesia dai Concierge pulizia ed ottimo cibo. Il Ristorante Orsini mantiene la tradizione con un po’ di innovazione.La Brasserie è sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ritornerò presto Grazie Ernesto Fiorillo

La mia famiglia di 10 (avevamo 5 camere) ha visitato l'hotel Storchen nel giugno 2023. Il concierge mi ha aiutato a pianificare tutte le mie attività e ha potuto prenotare il trasporto per mesi prima della nostra arrivo. Il check-in era super efficiente e semplice. Abbiamo ricevuto qualche buono da bere, quindi siamo andati al bar del tetto per un cocktail e pranzo. Tutto era sorprendente. Il cibo era delizioso, le bevande erano fredde, e il servizio era amichevole e veloce. La colazione era inclusa quando ho prenotato attraverso amex. AMO il loro colazione. Aveva un buffet continentale (comprese le mimosi di servizio) e un menu per ordinare i prodotti caldi. Tutto era delizioso e era un grande inizio per il nostro giorno ogni giorno. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui!

This is a great hotel at a great location. Just opposite the train station n near the famous shopping street. Can walk to the river and National Museum behind the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. Even the house keepers are very professional. Breakfast is not bad but always same type of food.

Perché volevo vivere un tipo di camera, Ma è chiaro che non mi lascia vivere. Il cameriere ha detto che il tipo di camera che ho prenotato era insoddisfatto (la stanza che poteva essere tenuta in loro), tre volte e due volte, Ci sono spazio vuoto su prenotazione e Trip.com. Non c'è più. L'hotel è ancora in generale ok, concepimento online, Centro di Zürich. per colazione, Non puoi usarlo senza una porta.

When a hotel charges more than $1k a night, the guest has an expectation that the experience is worthy of the rate. This hotel has significant construction going on at a restaurant, at least 10 rooms, and the large building next door is also under construction. This should be disclosed prior to arrival. The check in process took 45 minutes, as the first room was right next to the construction, when we made it clear we did not want to hear the pounding noise from the construction, they asked us to wait in the lounge and have a snack and a beverage as they found a new room. The hostess sat us at a table next to the entrance to the lounge and then disappeared, we waited 10 minutes and were saw a waiter or waitress. We eventually were shown a second room above the construction, where the noise was equally bad. Eventually, we were given a lesser room with less noise. When we selected the room, we were told they would update my profile to note that I prefer a room away from the construction, which implies most people enjoy the construction. I could go on about the four hours and three phone calls to get a more firm pillow, or the lack of turn down service at night, but I don’t think it will make a difference. Advice to management, guests who pay well over $1k a night expect you have figured out customer service. As an example, while staying at the Peninsula in Paris, there was an issue with my room at check in. The front desk representative apologized, and walked with me to their beautiful patio and told the waiter to look out for me and anything I ordered was at no charge. The issue was as solved in 10 minutes and I felt like the staff was looking out for my best interests.

The Alden Suite Hotel is a fabulous place to stay in Zurich. In a quiet area that is very close to the lake and the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a nice sitting area and large bathroom. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast. A large menu of main course options and a buffet with delicious pastries and fresh fruit. The room was so comfortable that we spent more time relaxing and recovering from long walks than usual. Again, the staff were very personable and helped make this an excellent experience.

Il trasporto è OK, la stazione ferroviaria centrale uscirà dalla linea 4 Altstetten Bahnhof Nord, 8 stazione di direzione, e scenderà dietro la strada, l'edificio svizzero di telecomunicazioni Swisscom.Le strutture e i servizi sono molto conformi a questo marchio di Renaissance, il servizio del team di colazione è altamente efficiente e standardizzato.

Come sempre i Park Hyatt non deludono. Non do 5 stelle solo per la cucina del ristorante che vuole essere ricercata e di tendenza e invece non lo è. Sono semplicemente piatti con poco sapore e che non ci hanno lasciato nessun ricordo. Materia prima forse buona ( quantità talmente ridotte da non poterlo capire!). Assolutamente non all'altezza di un Park Hyatt. Camere molto accoglienti e livello alto di comfort. Consiglierei una pulizia al soffitto dell'area ristorante....gentilissimo il parcheggiatore e velocissimi check in e check out. Il miglior pet friendly mai visto! Bravi
