All 5 stars, especially the location is very good, only 5 mins walk to train station and very close to the shopping street. You can have COOP supermarket or McDonald when u want anything’s at night.

Everything was perfect. We saw a lot of people comments on the size of the room, but for me was ok. We absolute love the room and ruby Mimi did also provide us Marshall speaker where that more amazing for our overall stay. The room is clean as well. Will definitely stay here again if I back to Zurich

It's a lovely stay in Zurich. There's just a supermarket near the hotel, and we could enjoy the beautiful view of the city while walking near this hotel.

I recently stayed at Ruby Mimi Hotel in Zurich for three days and two nights, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very near Zurich HB and within walking distance of numerous shops. I was particularly pleased to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which added a nice touch to my stay. The room was kept impeccably clean every day, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel also offers a galley where guests can make tea, refill hot water, or iron clothes—a thoughtful and practical feature. Ruby Mimi's interesting concept and excellent amenities make it a must-stay hotel in Zurich for anyone seeking convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

Best location, 2 mins walk from central train station. Hotel rooms a little small but nice decor. Shower door design has a bit of a problem with water splashing everywhere each use.

Pretty good hotel, the best thing was the location, right in the middle of everything. The room was a bit small though and hard to move around.

This is by far the best hotel we have experienced in Switzerland (among the 3 Star Hotels) The location is great and it is minutes away from Zurich station by foot, which allows me to travel to various location as and when. It is clean and spacious and the initiative to exchange the room cleaning with a free bar drinks (min 3 days stay) is a good initiative to protect the earth ( less energy consumption). Drop key to check out is convenient and fuss free.

Excellent location - step free access to Zurich HB station; approx 2-3 mins walk. No amenities provided by hotel (toothbrush , slippers , vanity etc )

Convenient location, nice rooms, friendly staff. The only thing is that the desk chair is pretty uncomfortable but they have a nice common area to work in.

You can easily pull your suitcase from the train station to the accommodation. It's close to shopping areas and convenience stores.

There are no phones in the hotel. this is 1st time we see such a huge hotel not having phones in the room. Each time there is anything required my parents had to rush down to the reception. No way to connect. Water and tea facilities are outside of the room for the floor. I think in a modern world today these basic things should be mandatory as they dont cost much. Also when my parents were taken to the room they were not briefed about the lights, TV and shower operations. Usually in a hotel, the person who brings the bags or someone from reception would come and explain all facilities within the room. My parents had to adjust with cold water as they could not bother going down to reception just to ask for help.
