Sono lieto di condividere la mia meravigliosa esperienza al JW Marriott Hotel di Sanya. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con un servizio eccezionale che ci ha lasciato un'impressione duratura. Questo hotel a 5 stelle vanta un magnifico ambiente pieno di lussureggiante verde e una splendida vista sul mare dal balcone, che lo rende il luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia rilassante e rigenerante. Uno dei momenti salienti del nostro soggiorno è stato l'eccezionale servizio fornito dall'assistente alla reception, Charlene. Era estremamente disponibile, calorosa e affascinante e parlava un inglese eccellente. Charlene è stata molto professionale e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole e memorabile. Era sempre disposta a offrire consigli e assistenza, il che ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti e apprezzati come ospiti. Un'altra esperienza memorabile è stata alla caffetteria, dove abbiamo incontrato Gucci, che è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e ci ha consigliato molti piatti deliziosi. Il cibo al JW Marriott Hotel di Sanya era davvero eccezionale e ci siamo goduti ogni pasto che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro rimanere. Dalla colazione alla cena, il menu offriva una vasta gamma di opzioni e ogni piatto era presentato magnificamente e aveva un sapore incredibile. L'hotel in sé è una meraviglia di design moderno e comfort di lusso. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, con ogni possibile comfort fornito con cura. La vista della spiaggia dal primo piano era mozzafiato e abbiamo trascorso molte ore rilassandoci sul balcone, ammirando lo scenario mozzafiato. Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno al JW Marriott Hotel di Sanya è stato eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Il livello del servizio fornito da Charlene, Sweet e Gucci era eccezionale e il cibo era eccezionale. L'ambiente dell'hotel era una miscela perfetta di bellezza naturale e lusso moderno, fornendo lo sfondo perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza indimenticabile a Sanya.

During my stay at the hotel, Mr. Kazakov provided outstanding service. His warm welcome made me feel right at home. He was extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend this hotel mainly because of his exceptional service!  I can't say enough good things about Kazakov at SANYA JW MARRIOTT DADONGHAI BEY. His professionalism and friendliness were top - notch. He helped me with booking transportation and gave great local restaurant recommendations. Five - star service all the way!  Kazakov, the hotel staff, made my stay unforgettable. From check - in to check - out, he was attentive and efficient. He resolved a small issue with my room quickly and with a smile. Five stars for his outstanding hospitality!

This hotel was amazing. When I arrived the conceirge came to collect our suitcase, and I thaught that this gesture was excellent. Checking in was quick and smoothly done. How could forget to highlight hotel manager called "Sweet" she was fabulous and professional, she made me wanting to extend my stay at this hotel immediately. Sweet is very sweet indeed, she is just like her name. People, when you book this hotel, just let Manager Sweet take care of you. You not regret it. Beach is nearby as well but not from the property, walking distance away. Omg there is more, the lobby area is gorgeously arranged, there is an amazing play area for kids, the room I stayed in had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The only issue I had was the pool water which what frigid. The hotel should consider heating a section of the pool. Overall, 5 stars rating for this hotel and Manager Sweet, thank you very much. Well done.

I really like the location and service: Top floor ocean view is amazing (see the photo); the kid playground is excellent and is perfect for my 2-year-old kid. The breakfast there is good especially the seafood rice noodles. The small beach and pool are great for kids. I think it is the best hotel that I have ever lived.

The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options are diverse and delicious. need a english speaker staffs

Our trip to Sanya turned out to be absolutely amazing and one of the reasons was this hotel. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. While the staff couldn't speak English, they never hesitated to solve the problem. The front desk person who checked us in, Ricky, was super helpful in explaining everything and answering my countless questions. He was kind enough to give me his WeChat so I could bother him anytime I wanted and he didn't disappoint. When we were tired of beach or just wanted to be lazy, the pool served a great place to go. And not to mention gym and games that kept us occupied in the non-beach time. The only thing I wish that was missing in the room was the lack of sunlight. Our clothes couldn't dry. But we carried extra set of swim wear so it wasn't a big deal. The hotel's location, breakfast, concierge's tips and overall service, everything was top notch and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, amazing breakfast and many activities for the kids. Beautiful view

The hotel is located at the corner and the area is quiet. It got a big swimming pool and you can go to the beach within a minute. You can sit back and relax. They are now having a outdoor dinner buffet with live band at the moment. The korean bbq restaurant is also a good one.

The rooms are very beautiful. We had a family room with a slide and a tipi tent. The pools are amazing. The hotel offers SPA and activities for the kids. The hotel offers a indoor playground (surcharge). Near to the hotel is casa corona where we ate a lot for lunch and dinner.

It was an enjoyable stay with my 3 kids. The play room is really amazing, consisting of big indoor and outdoor parts. I was also impressed with the butler service provided by the hotel. Mr Andre did a great job by giving us timely reminders and providing prompt responses to our request.
