We was there second time this winter. We like this hotel so much. Very friendly staff and so delicious restaurant here!!!children’s room over some 😍

Excellent service! Very modern facilities including heated swimming pool and kids club. Shuttle bus provided form and back train station which made everything very convenient. Short ride to Taiwu Town (less than 5 minutes). Plenty of taxis available. Very good dinner buffet.

That was a fantastic experience! Very caring! I injured my leg while skiing, the hotel provided full care with breakfast, wheelchair, staff assistance and many more! Special thanks to Candice, Xue fu and all the staff member for making this experience even more pleasant! 这真是一次超棒的体验！非常贴心！我在滑雪时摔伤了腿，酒店为我提供了早餐、轮椅、工作人员协助等全方位的照顾！特别感谢 Candice、Xue fu 和所有工作人员，是他们让我的这次经历变得更加愉快！

just 5 mins to Taiwoo ski park by taxi. new hotel with very nice service as chain of InterCon standard. impressive swiming pool with warm, big and clean place. breakfast had much things to enjoy, especially for kids. Thank you so much for pick up service of the hotel , even only our family on ghe bus.

帶着小孩去挖雪～這個酒店和洲際是一家，我們到的比較早，中午就到了，前台的 Rose 小姐姐非常好！幫我們提前入住了。服務都非常非常好，五星級標準。還送了兩張早餐券。住宿環境非常的安靜，設施也非常全，都很好用。晚上的時候，温度已經到了零下13°，但是房間裏非常的暖和，一點兒都不漏風，早餐非常不錯。很滿意的行程，非常推薦！帶小孩沒啥好照片…

滿分休憩，暖心服務這次崇禮之行，選擇洲際集團酒店的大床房完全超出預期！房間空間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟得像裹進雲朵裏，一夜好眠後徹底緩解了旅途疲憊；窗外能瞥見零星雪景，冬日氛圍直接拉滿，細節處的裝飾和暖光燈光也讓人倍感温馨。最想表揚的是前台Kerry！辦理入住時主動詢問我們的行程，貼心推薦了附近人少景美的滑雪道；全程笑容親切、響應迅速，讓陌生的旅途多了份温暖。下次來崇禮，一定還選這裏，也期待再次見到Kerry的專業服務！

因為淡季酒店升級了洲際，工作日果然人很少，晚餐衹能在酒店用餐，pizza套餐還不錯；早餐相對豐盛，服務人員貌似比房客還多，會幫忙送咖啡，圖中的咖啡是小姐姐當場做的，很用心。酒店附近沒啥玩的，所以早飯後健身+游泳，器材很新，水温也合適，人少體驗很棒。

這次由於不到雪季我們升級了洲際酒店！這兩個酒店是挨着的！洲際酒店超級好，還有浴缸🛁 早餐豐富健身房游泳池超級好再説説服務吧！我想説洲際酒店每一位員工都會主動和你問好，這點超級贊！從前台到餐廳，客房，健身房服務員都很熱情❤️ 特別這次前台的雪峯，熱情主動的服務，安排行李送到房間！泳池服務人員譚思傑主動幫助我們把行李送到停車場！給我留下深刻印象！這裏去萬龍很方便，不堵車的，17分鐘就到了！洲際和逸衡🏨將是我這個冬天來崇禮的首選
