Clean hotel, location quite central, easy to find supermarket and CVS. We were trapped in heavy snow on the way back from a very bad tour. Hotel was hesitant to pick us up; we were cold and trapped outside and they were about to cancel our dinner even though we have paid for it. Also, the hotel will only answer your call between 09:00 and 19:00; what a lame service … hotel should be ready to answer its guests’ call 24 hrs, especially when you charge your guest over 170 USD per night per person!

The hotel is nice and comfortable. I booked a Standard Room and got a room with tatami flooring and inner garden view. The onsen was nice and clean and there was a supermarket a short walk away.

It took us about 15 minutes from Yamagata airports to the hotel by a taxi. Located in a cozy area and we could see the mountains covered with snow in the distance (we visited here in January 2024). All of the facilities are clean and the Japanese garden in the courtyard is very atmospheric. The hot springs is also very large and clean, and bathing while looking at the snow was an extremely valuable experience. We took dinner(Yamagata beef sukiyaki) and breakfast here, they were really nice to say at least. The service was also excellent, absolutely.

Excellent services. Very large onsen, provide welcome drinks and onsen egg for free. Breakfast is average.

I found takinoyu hotel mainly for my trip to 銀山溫泉. there was a local tour organized by tendo days and drive us to 銀山溫泉🥹. Besides, I got relaxed to live here, everything was perfect to me🥹

有來回JR天童站的接駁車可以預約，本館及別館都很寬敞，房內整潔舒適，訂了沒有室內溫泉的房型，以整體的設施來說價格很划算。 飯店有提供貸切溫泉可以預約，需要額外付費，有兩種湯屋，不喜歡大眾池的話也是多一個選擇。 飯店景色超級美，一樓也有很多休閒設施及伴手禮販賣區，吸菸區寬敞甚至也有景色可以看。 早餐種類不少，也有觀景座位，很放鬆的一晚😊

這家溫泉酒店真是一個放鬆身心的理想場所。私人風呂設施相當完善，水質清澈，泡在熱騰騰的泉水中，身心疲憊瞬間煙消雲散。 服務人員熱情友好，總是面帶笑容，隨時準備提供幫助。 這是一個讓人想要一再回訪的地方，無論是和家人還是朋友一起來，都能享受到愉快的時光。強烈推薦給尋找放鬆和享受的旅客！

酒店職員非常好客親切，還把我們upgrade了房間，給了貴賓lounge的待遇我們。酒店設計和擺設都很有品味，房間乾淨舒適，食物也非常美味講究，是一間非常有質素的溫泉旅館，下次也一定會再入住。
