Hotels con pick-up a Zermatt

Having visited Zermatt many times I've always wanted to stay at the Zermatterhof and did for 4 days recently, it's fair to say I was very impressed. I was collected by taxi at the station and given a warm welcome and tour by one of the exceptional reception staff once I got to the hotel. Despite only booking a single room I was given a lovely room (404) on a rear corner of the hotel with views of the town and the Sunnegga mountain. The room was fairly small but airy due to 2 windows and a pair of French doors and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was very small but perfectly adequate. It was kept immaculately clean and I was surprised to find some bedding changed daily and other items changed every 2 days. The maid was friendly and ensured that everything like coffee pods were plentiful. I was welcomed at breakfast each day by the manager who was charming and made me feel like a regular despite it being my first visit. There was a great choice of food available both hot and cold meaning I rarely ate lunch. The piano player delighted us with a wide variety from Bach to contemporary pop. High winds meant my skiing was curtailed but the spa was a blessing and never busy despite what I read from a previous visitor. The Lussi restaurant was ok but the menu wasn't as exciting or extensive as I would have liked. It was a lovely experience with absolutely amazing staff who exceeded by expectation on each occasion. I hope to return very soon.

La stanza dell'hotel può vedere direttamente Matt Hungfeng. Dopo essere arrivato nella piccola città di Tshermat, è possibile contattare l'hotel per venire alla stazione ferroviaria per chiedere.Altrimenti è difficile trovare l'entrata dell'hotel 😉 è una piccola scatola e poi una grotta. La stanza è molto grande e molto comoda.Se potessi rimanere in citta'piu' pochi giorni, va bene.

We stayed three nights at the Mirabeau and absolutely loved everything about it! Our room was wonderful for the 4 of us and had an incredible Matterhorn view. The hotel has a great little bar and the bartenders were fantastic and personable. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with local recommendations, and especially helpful with the return of an item we had left at a restaurant in Findeln while hiking. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a pool which was great for the kids. A fantastic experience all around and if I ever get back to Zermatt, I will be staying at the Mirabeau!

Perfetto, ho fatto un weekend. La cosa che si apprezza è il funzionamento perfetto di tutto, e il servizio con calore italiano. Ottimi ristoranti e qualità food eccellente, consiglio assolutamente per il calore umano.

Suggiorno favoloso. Staff, camera, SPA e colazione al top. Personale gentilissimo, camera spaziosa e pulita con minibar gratuito e macchina del caffé NESPRESSO.,televisore interattivo e Wifi ok. SPA piccola ma molto bella. Colazione variata e abbondante. Navetta da e per la stazione gratuita. Sienzioso e molto pulito. Posizione strategica. Qualità-prezzo al top. Ci ritorneremo.

Prenota la loro “Montagna Vista Suite” per viaggiare a Zermatt , Svizzera 🇨🇭 La posizione dell'hotel è buona, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria (con il vostro bagaglio pesante 15-18minutes camminare, ma il pavimento è così lontano piatto e facile per trasportare il bagaglio) Il loro personale in entrambi i servizi di ricezione e caffè è super bello, caldo benvenuto e utile 🤍 La nostra stanza è pulita, spaziosa e la vista è favolosa 🏔️ Il custode della casa è dolce e dettagliato (anche io non l'ho mai incontrato in persona) 🥹

Per quanto riguarda questo posto di Shelmat, l'hotel è relativamente piccolo. Non c'è il buon posto in cui viviamo prima, ma l'igiene è buona. L'unico insoddisfacente è che abbiamo prenotato tra le due persone, ma la ricetta ci dice che quando si mette il bagaglio, si può vivere una persona, Se due persone dovessero vivere più soldi, la reception ha detto di aggiungere 50 Rachel. Abbiamo accettato. Quando l'hotel è stato ufficialmente registrato, la reception ha detto 69 Rachel. Dopo averci lasciato la stanza, abbiamo detto 77 Rachel. Infine, abbiamo dato 77, Penso che la reception qui debba essere unificata per formare, e ci guadagniamo molto disgustosi.

Sono appena rientrato da Zermatt , dove ho passato una fantastica serata in questo splendido hotel , complimenti a tutto il simpatico staff e al solerte direttore Giovanni , non che alla simpaticissima receptionist . Grazie ancora e a presto

We came to choose La Vue as an alternative to hotels in Zermatt as we were 3 couples interested in traveling together. The self-appointed “Luxury living” has great reviews and a nice marketing (website) that looks attractive but leaves a lot of inconvenient FACTS aside…: To start with: there are very limited views (“La vue” in French) from the building of the Matterhorn contrary to many pictures and most other hotels in Zermatt. Secondly, the location is on the opposite side of town from all gondolas or lifts to the slopes: it is made worse by the fact that you have to climb a steep and long (400 yards) street, followed by a tunnel and 2 elevators before you can be back into your room: if you don’t mind the first time coming back from a long skiing day, it gets old after a few outings even to go for dinner down to the main street…Of course, that “detail” is not stated anywhere on the brochure or website and you have to be there to realize it.Lst but not least, the building is sitting above a major school with loud children and teens screaming at every break between classes...Worst if you are in a unit facing town...!! Although the recently (2012) built building features simple but tasteful design and style as far as the 3 bedrooms apartment was concerned, the shared amenities (reception, Spa, lounge …) are quite limited and fall short of Luxury standards: the indoor Jacuzzi is small and serves as a pool (unlike the generous size real pools that other hotels that we got to visit (modern like the Omnia, Cervo, or older establishments like Mont Cervin Palace etc…).There is no gym or work out / biking machine and the Massage team and menu are quite limited and overpriced ( I actually went for a massage at the Mont Cervin Palace Spa with amenities that are of decent size with great, international team of trained masseuses and a dedicated Manager… As far as Help/ Service is concerned, this “Luxury living” falls short again: front desk help has patchy hours ( when not smoking outside), most of the times nobody was there at standard hours and we had to deal with at least 6 different ( young/ inexperienced) agents over our 7 days stay…Except for Daniel, their English and knowledge was at best sketchy and their attitude not so great…If nobody is there, you then have to call the main hotel reception (Julen group) for remote (and delayed) assistance. The “cinema” movie room was stacked with storage stuff that blocked a third of the room and we were told that they don’t offer any DVD movie library, you just have to bring your own content… The only redeeming features at la Vue for us was a very abundant and quality breakfast served in room at the time of your choosing. When we went to the Omnia Hotel for a fine dinner, a few blocks away, we discovered an incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff even to outside guests, a great library/lounge bar/ area, an impressive pool and jacuzzi facing real Matterhorn views , and , of course, our dinner at their r

Il miglior hotel che abbiamo mai soggiornato, il servizio, la vista e il cibo :) grazie all'uomo biondo nel ristorante che ci dà i suggerimenti per il ristorante montagnoso per la nostra passeggiata da Blueherd :-) abbiamo avuto una vista sorprendente al Matterhorn dalla nostra stanza, e aveva bevuto al balcone la sera.
