La posizione è molto comoda e le dotazioni si addicevano a quelle di un hotel d'affari. Detto questo, il fatto che solo 1-2 ascensori (per lo più 1 mentre eravamo lì) funzionino e ci mettano in media 7 minuti per arrivare ogni volta che lo usiamo (fuori dalle ore di punta e colazione) lascia molto a desiderare (anche se il responsabile del piano in cui ci siamo imbattuti riconosce che è un problema che hanno cercato di risolvere).

I enjoyed staying in this Holiday Inn hotel. The staff are super supportive which equates to their exceptional service. The hotel is close to the subway station, busses and taxis. It's very clean and has a nice sunset view. This Holiday Inn at the heart of Lanzhou City comes highly recommended!!

First of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station. The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space. When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked. Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

Walking distance to metro but not very Convenient to the city

Efficient check in and out, good location, comfortable and spacious room and last bit least, friendly staff.

A really good hotel, in a superb location. The staff helped organise our day trip to the Bingling Scenic Area. The only negative are the elevators - they are so slow 🐌

Upgraded the room for free. Very nice clean room and a great location. If you do laundry here watch the bill. It’s expensive but they do iron your shirts.

Nice 4 international Standard. Nice breakfast! Easy for foreigners!

房間乾淨整潔，前台小姜服務熱情周到，有禮貌，長得好看又苗條！她不僅提供了貼心的服務，還主動加微信，提醒我辦理續房，非常貼心！這樣的服務態度和專業素養，不僅讓我感受到酒店的良好氛圍，也讓我覺得她們是酒店的重要組成部分。更應該尊重她們的工作，對她們的服務表示讚賞和感謝。

酒店位置地處熱門地段，周邊配套、購物地點很多。房間環境設施設備齊全、乾淨整潔。工作人員服務熱情周到，小姜女士十分熱心及時的幫我們申請客房延遲退房服務。這次的住宿體驗非常好，如果大家到蘭州出差，非常推薦蘭州中心套房假日酒店。

酒店服務員態度牛的就像是求着入住一樣，首先衞生很差 上一個房客住了剪的腳指甲一地 都沒有打掃 ，地上好多，要不是進去東西已經放下了真不想住了 膈應死了，而且第二天我們出去吃了個飯回來房卡就過期了、説的兩點退房 為什麼十二點就過期呢。這麼貴的酒店入住 要態度沒態度 要衞生沒衞生 ，本來還要續住四天 服務員態度太** 還是算了。

酒店設施不錯 前台服務的小姜很周到熱情 因為帶着孩子 酒店工作人員送水送小童洗漱用具很及時。 除了第一次來酒店 酒店前台不好找外 別的都不錯哦！

自己開車很方便 酒店有免費的停車場 走的時候前台説一下訊息即可 酒店和蘭州中心5樓互通 吃飯購物都很方便 服務：客服小藝很熱情 服務態度很好 以後住宿都會來這裏 也會推薦朋友過來
