Hotel vicini a Zante a Zante

Abbiamo appena completato un breve soggiorno di 4 notti all'Hotel Daniel. Ci piaceva! Una grande atmosfera fredda e amichevole, dove ci facevamo sentire molto benvenuti. Le camere, come ci aspettavamo, erano molto basse e letti un po' solidi, ma erano pulite senza spot e avevano tutto quello che ci serviva, quindi non ci sono denunce. Il colazione è incluso e è il prezzo standard - aiutatevi a prendere caffè, succhi, tostapane, uova, carne fredda e formaggio, cereali, frutta ecc. Tutto è stato buono per noi. La piscina è una grande area con una grande superficie ombreggiata e un'ottima acqua da mangiare e bere freddi. I ragazzi del bar della piscina (Altin & Kostas) sono ragazzi distruttivi. Così amichevoli e utili. Anche i proprietari (Vicky & Gus) sono grandi persone e molto amichevoli. È circa 10 minuti a piedi dal tratto principale dove ci sono cari bar e ristoranti da godere. Per la bella spiaggia di Kalamaki è ancora 10 minuti a piedi da lì. Molti degli ospiti che abbiamo parlato hanno rimasto qui molte volte, e vediamo perché. Dovremmo tornare? È certamente!! Spero presto, e per più tempo la prossima volta. Grazie Vicky, Gus, Altin & Kostas per aver reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Spero di rivedervi tutti presto.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo scelto di soggiornare in questa struttura invogliati dalla sua OTTIMA posizione. L'hotel è infatti situato nella piazza centrale di Zante vicino al porto, al lungomare che porta ad Argassi e vicino alle vie principali della piccola Zacinto. Se la posizione è il punto di forza di questo hotel, va detto però che questo aspetto rappresenta anche il peggior difetto della struttura: le camere con vista mare sono estremamente rumorose. Il bar dell'hotel, aperto fino alle 2 di notte, non regala dolci sogni. Dopo la prima notte nella camera al primo piano (sopra il tetto del bar) abbiamo chiesto alla reception di poter cambiare stanza e......siamo stati piacevolmente e abbondantemente accontentati con un upgrade al quarto piano nella camera superior: più spaziosa e più silenziosa. Top! Altro aspetto positivo della struttura è sicuramente la colazione. Abbondante e varia permette di accontentare i gusti di tutti! Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Insomma, il Phoenix Hotel è sicuramente una buona scelta per soggiornare a Zante!

Si può dire che è l'hotel con il miglior servizio in cui ho soggiornato in Europa. Il capo, il signor Dalì, è stato molto entusiasta e ha prima migliorato la nostra camera nella più lussuosa con un ampio balcone affacciato sul mare, organizzando per noi diversi itinerari a Zante per tre giorni. A causa della nostra disattenzione, abbiamo lasciato i nostri vestiti sulla spiaggia a più di dieci chilometri di distanza, quando siamo partiti per l'aeroporto, ci siamo ricordati di aver lasciato le nostre cose in albergo, ma il capo ci ha aiutato a recuperarle gratuitamente. Inoltre, anche il ristorante dell'hotel è molto buono, la colazione è gratuita, il cibo è molto ricco e il capo di tanto in tanto ci darà acqua o bevande. Le foto pubblicate riguardano il cibo in hotel. La posizione dell'hotel è proprio al porto di Zante, il che è molto comodo. Gli amici che non possono guidare possono vivere qui e lasciare che il capo organizzi tutto. Zante è davvero bella e altamente raccomandata.

La colazione è ricca Durante l'epidemia, il personale è responsabile del ritiro del pasto, quindi è necessario aspettare. L'hotel non può ospitare letti supplementari e l'hotel non dispone di parcheggio. Le auto possono essere parcheggiate su entrambi i lati della strada. Quando si parcheggia, si prega di notare che il parcheggio non è consentito all'interno della linea gialla. Non è previsto alcun costo per il parcheggio in qualsiasi punto della isola.

Premetto che le mie recensioni, frequentemente, hanno un taglio critico, ma questo per dare, ai titolari degli alberghi o dei ristoranti degli in put per migliorare quelle carenze da me riscontrate. Questo albergo si trova in una posizione magnifica con una visita stupenda sulla città di Zante anche la piscina è molto bella. Ritengo, però ,assurdo che un albergo 4**** per l’80% frequentato da ospiti italiani ( verifica fatta durante la colazione) non abbia un canale TV in italiano. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni tre giorni, oppure bisogna fare richiesta per bisogni extra. Il ristorante: mediocre. La prima colazione: non all’altezza di un 4****. Anche altri ospiti, si sono lamentati con la receptionist che quando si utilizza la doccia, esce acqua da un piccolo raccoglitore sul pavimento del bagno. L’aqua dei condionatori dei piani superiori, cade sulle verande sottostanti dove possono esserci asciugamani ad asciugare. Sono piccoli dettagli facilmente migliorabili

We booked to stay in Atlantis in January this year for a week. When we arrived, we were told by reception that our room would not be ready for a few hours, after 4 hours we were told by the reservation manager at the hotel that there was an electrical problem in just our room & we were unable to stay in it. They told us we were being moved to another sister hotel as they did not have the space to accommodate the three of us. Our bags were taken from reception & put into a taxi as we were shouted at & forced to move to a block of apartments with no security, no pool & a room not at all up to standard - with mould on the walls & rubbish left everywhere. The reservation manager informed us that if the electrical problem was fixed, we would be moved back into the hotel. However, when we went back to collect something we had left behind, we came to find that the room we were supposed to be in had been given away to another group. It became very clear that the Atlantis had massively overbooked & were quick to make excuses as to why we couldn’t stay in the room. After fighting to be given the room we had paid for, we were told we would have to move rooms every day if we wanted to stay there - including having to move to another hotel in the neighbouring town of Kalamaki for the last night of our trip (which would have been a huge inconvenience for us). This meant packing our bags every morning to check out at 11 & then having to sit waiting in reception to be given our next room, which is quite frankly not what you expect when you have paid a lot to be staying in a hotel. We were presented with a contract which stated we were happy to be moved to the apartments and that the hotel offered us free food and drinks which was very much untrue. Upon refusing to sign the “contract”, we were told by the rude reservation manager that we had 10 minutes to sign it or we would have to leave the hotel with nowhere to stay. I have never received such poor customer service, especially as a group of young girls alone in a foreign country - as the hotel that we paid for, they owe a duty of care to their customers! We were very lucky that the lovely hotel Vivienne next door were quick to help us & find another place to stay (at our own expense) for the remainder of our trip!

Sono ancora qui dentro per fortuna e quando scrivo la recensione prima di tornare a casa significa che sono entusiasta. Due anni fa sono stata alle Maldive e dopo quello mi sembrava tutto sciapo. Questo posto invece mi ha fatto assaporare Una sensazione simile, per intenderci, che arrivi e dici WOW!! Tutti gli ambienti trasudano di design natural chic, Luci giuste, musica Lounge, profumo gradevole, aiuole piene zeppe di piante della macchia mediterranea. La mia suite, una superior, ampia con letto king size comodissimo, divanetto e accesso alla piscina in comune con altre tre suites, una cosa spettacolare. Cambio asciugamani giornalieri, room service h24. I ristoranti uno più bello dell’altro, cibo buonissimo e variegato dalla colazione alla cena, buffet infiniti di cose buone con attenzione palpabile all’estetica. Abbiamo usufruito anche della Spa, di livello alto. Personale greco cordiale, sorridente, a volte ho avuto l’impressione che non riuscissero a stare dietro a tutti, probabilmente per la settimana di ferragosto era necessario implementare l’organico. Unico neo ma che neo non è, sono le api che ti fanno compagnia ai pasti e anche allegre combriccole di gattini che sono i veri padroni dell’olea. Insomma se cercate relax e non la calca e il trambusto delle spiagge ad agosto, questo è il posto giusto. Straconsigliato.

The food and service are consistently excellent at this hotel. The pool is lovely and the beautiful beach just a 10 minute walk away, maybe less! There are restaurants nearby but we rarely dine out because the hotel food is really good with plenty of choice. I always book myself some ”therapy”; a massage in their spa. It never disappoints. The staff in the hotel and spa make you feel like a valued customer, nothing is too much for them. You can book lots of different experiences through the hotel, kayaking, boat trips, car hire, quad hire etc. There are lots of choices and you have peace of mind that you will be using a reputable supplier.
