Tzante Hotel Zakynthos, Adults Only

L'aria condizionata deve essere aggiornata. Se hanno investito un po' di soldi per aggiornare la loro aria condizionata questo posto potrebbe essere fantastico. La doccia non scaricava, quindi l'intero bagno si allagava. Giusto avvertimento è nella zona delle feste della città, quindi gli altri ospiti sono piuttosto rumorosi nei corridoi, guidare per la strada in cui si trova l'hotel di notte è un incubo, non mi dispiace tutto questo ma è bello saperlo in anticipo. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile. E la colazione al mattino è buona. Anche la doccia che non scarica non è un grosso problema per me. Ma non riuscivo a dormire a causa del caldo, anche se il condizionatore d'aria era sull'impostazione più fresca e la temperatura più bassa non raffreddava mai la stanza. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza, è stato respinto, spero di poter ottenere un rimborso perché era inaccettabile. Anche il parcheggio che offrono è di cinque euro, il che è un buon affare, ma c'è un coprifuoco nel parcheggio, puoi prendere la tua auto solo dalle 9:00 a mezzanotte, questo l'ho trovato ridicolo. Non ci tornerei. Sidenote le immagini sono un po 'ingannevoli l'angolo che usano o gli obiettivi fanno sembrare la piscina più grande di quanto non sia in realtà, tra le altre cose. Lo fa sentire molto inaffidabile.

I stayed at the Tzante Hotel in August 2023 with 7 other friends, we had the best time ever! Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Directly on the ***** so makes it a great place to stay if you are visiting for the nightlife. Our air con was stuck on freezing and our friends was broken however they were both fixed the same day we raised the problem. Breakfast was really nice and the food at the pool bar was too! Lots of nice restaurants on the ***** and on the beach. Lots of excursions and things to do! The pool is a great size and very clean. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere in the day, perfect if you like to sunbathe. A special thank you to the receptionist Leddie, he made our holiday a dream, clearly works extremely hard and was always there to help and answer questions when we needed him. My boyfriend stayed here 2 weeks before with his friends and agrees with everything I have said. Would love to come back in the future :)

My best friend and myself booked a last minute girls getaway to Laganas in Zakynthos and are very happy that we stayed at Tzante Hotel. We couldn't recommend the hotel enough! It is located right on the ***** close to all bars and restaurants, the beach is a two minute walk up the road, the hotel is spotlessly clean, as was the bedroom. The decor is modern, the bed was huge and very comfortable, plenty of storage, walk in shower, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and iron board etc. The cleaners were in every day and always made sure we had enough towels and bed linen. Breakfast has a lot of variety, continental food and hot food. Pancakes are very nice, coffees, juices and pastries are a nice touch. The pool has everything you need, jets in the pool, sunbed with a canopy, the pool bar is fantastic, drinks and food are great. The hotel is a family run hotel and you can clearly see the personal touches that have been put in place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, from start to finish. A special thanks to Espi in particular who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, Mama Petta and Ledi for all of their assistance and all the staff for a great stay. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough, a great stay from start to finish, a home away from home, book your stay now 😊

The hotel is at the heart of Zante, easy access to all good restaurant and bars near seaside. All the staff are amazing specially Helen. She seems to have the magic wand, can managed well with all the queries from the guest quickly. Helen also helped me with all the booking from Zante to Athens, phoning the respective companies. I can’t thank her enough.

We stayed here for 4 nights on 25th August. The location is good as it is right on the ***** and a couple minutes walk to the beach, even though it’s right on the ***** at night in the bedrooms you couldn’t really hear any noise only the hotel itself was very noisy. Walls paper thin with peoples alarms going off at 5am, people moving chairs on their balconies at like 3am but that’s not the hotels fault. Breakfast was average not an amazing hot food selection but I prefer continental and there was lots of choice and nice quality. Beds feel comfy at first but they did hurt my back being so hard but it’s tricky to get a super comfy bed abroad so this was definitely not the worst I have slept on. We were on the first floor but our friends stayed over the other side and their room was half the size of ours. The bathroom shower is a bit of rubbish design as it has no door on it so the water floods the bathroom every time you have a shower. Maids kept the room very clean. Pool area does not look like the pictures at all and the pool is very dirty don’t think they filter it much and I actually ended up getting a water infection which I am fairly sure was from the pool. We ordered a burger and chips twice at lunch time and it was quite nice. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Personally for us we don’t usually stay anywhere like this and would go for something much more up market however a lot of hotels in laganas are much less quality so I think this is one of the better ones. If you are thinking of Greece in general though I would go to tsilivi, it is a much cleaner area and even the ***** is just more upmarket.

I loved the stay, the only thing that was not pleasant was the smell coming from the toilet ventilation

One of the nicest hotels I've been to. Nothing to complain about.Staff l,location, rooms,pool.Everything was really nice we had really fun especially at the pool at the jacuzzi, really calming. Fully recommend it.
