Kalidonio Studios Zante

Really nice small studio complex, Fotini and the staff are all amazing and work so hard to make your stay pleasant. The pool area was lovely and peaceful and really chilled out and the food at the snack bar was always very nice. The room we stayed in had a very modern bathroom, kitchen and balcony (only downside were the people in the next room sat on the balcony heavily smoking so we had to sit inside quite a bit of the time) but with a mix of slightly dated wardrobes and drawers. If we were to return to Kalamaki I would definitely book to stay here again. FYI....10 minute walk to the beach and about the same in the other direction to the main ***** but enough in the vicinity for you not to venture to the ***** if you don't want to.

Excellent stay .. very comfortable room and Fotina was a lovely host, always very helpful. Alma at the pool bar always very welcoming and helpful … and Anna the cleaning lady made sure sure our room was spotless … we had 11 nights in this little oasis… accessible to the bars and restaurant on the Kalamaki main ***** .. 5 mins walk .. and close to Iguana Bar another very welcoming place. The beach was 10 mins away either by road or across a footpath close by. We met some lovely people round the pool … quite a number returning quests .. we will definitely be returning …

We have just returned from this little gem and want to return in September but the studios are fully booked already- enough said 🫶🫶. Fotini is a lovely lady who owns the studios and is always around helping and welcoming guests. Alma in the pool bar is always happy and very obliging and the cleaning lady is lovely, they all speak excellent English. The studios are spotless throughout and there were loads of return visitors which says it all. We had a great holiday and wish we could have stayed longer- thank you ladies xx

Been visiting Zante for 11yrs now and this has to be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! we stayed for 5 nights as a family of 4 with a 3yr old, in 2 rooms. Rooms and the pool were cleaned daily, and little towel arts were left on the bed. Great modern bathroom with very powerful shower! The rooms are basic yes but you don't need great cooking spaces when on this beautiful island as there are so many great restaurants around! All staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would have given this a 5 star but we were disappointed that we couldn't come back to the bar for a cocktail after our meals out as they didn't surve them and the bar shuts at 7pm every day (this is just a personal preference) We did go over to the Blue Ionion 1 night which is next door but did find we got bitten by alot of mosquitoes whilst there and it had a sewage aroma.

They are so friendly and accommodating. Hotel is spotless. Good area and peaceful. Location near to beaches and main road for bars and restaurants

Rooms are a good size, some have pool views others have field views. Rooms are cleaned daily. All children are on the ground/reception level as there is no lift and to keep the little ones save. Pool area is kept clean, pool bar has a snack menu and a lovely lady who is willing to do anything for you. Hotel is close the beach and main road

My 4th time in Kalamaki & I will be trying to re-book this little gem for next year. Rooms are a good size bit quite basic except for the bathroom which was very modern but small, definitely no complaints. The hotel itself is very well maintained & spotless, the pool area & surroundings garden is lovely & there are enough sun loungers to go around, we did have some usual suspects who reserved the same loungers everyday but we always managed to get one. Also a very good pool bar serving good food & drinks at a reasonable price. You are no more than 10 minutes to the main ***** & about 5 minutes to the iguana bar. The beach is also very close by Had another amazing holiday in Kalamaki & can't wait to return hopefully back to the Kalidonio studios.

The grounds and room were absolutely spotless. There was no issues getting a sunbed by the pool and Fotini is an exceptional host. The pool bar had a great menu at really reasonable prices. Rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaner was such a lovely lady and did a great job. You can get towels when you need them (we had plenty). Bathroom was really beautiful, one of the best we've had in Kalamaki. Our only issue was the exterior light was right over our balcony so was a bit bright at night but that was literally it. Rooms are spacious and we had a back room which was ideal as it is shadier (it was VERY hot). The air con was lovely. As for location, it's pretty much perfect. About 5 minutes from the main ***** and 5-10 minutes from the beach as there is a cut-through. Lots of lovely restaurants close-by. Space to park out rental car as well. We had regular sheep visitors which was fun! There is a small toddler pool by the main pool. The pool was so refreshing in the heat and as mentioned, the grounds are immaculate. Alma and Fotini keep it beautifully. A real gem and I would 100% stay again.

Could not have a better place to stay Fotini is an excellent host and can’t do enough for you the rooms and surrounding areas are spotless and comfortable the food is all so very good Alma made a very good tzatziki and they all so sell water and milk which is very handy as we did not have to carry it from the shops we hope to go back again next year
