The hotel is so beautiful, not so big. Its more like a boutique hotel concept. Service was great! Room is awesome! Amenities is good! Location is ok for those can walk, its behind pratunam but for elderly will not be recommended to walk. Maybe can take grab or taxi. BTS is quite far from the hotel. Swimming pool is small, just good for dipping not swimming for adults. Rooftop bar is small, the staircase is too small. Dont think oversized people can go to the bar. Only things that upset me is the deposit of TH2000 that i have to pay cash due to i didn’t bring my credit card. Debit card is not acceptable.

Strategically located. Nice bed setup. Food choice for breakfast can be further improve.

Good hotel to stay at with friendly staff. Also located 10 minutes to shopping area Biyokesky hotel and 20 mins walk to the main shopping belt where CentralWorld & Big C is. Good options for dining nearby as well as opposite the hotel. I would like to especially thank Elio at the restaurant on the 16th floor during breakfast. Very professional as he remembered our morning beverage for the 4 days we were there. Will head back there soon.

Booked the hotel during weekdays as the rates were a little more expensive than weekdays. Looks like a boutique hotel, it is conveniently located near the train station (8mins walk), platinum area (14mins walk) and convenient stores. The room is cozy for two, might be small if you have two or more luggages. The shower room is spacious and the staff is attentive, overall my stay was great! ⭐️ (3.5 out of 5stars)

Strategic place. Near food places and massage. Can walk to platinum mall. With the sky birdge can walk along and reach the siam area where all the shopping mall located at. Most importantly nearby Airport Rail Link station. Straight from airport. So convenience. Staff at hotel all friendly and breakfast was good. The service was high class. 2nd time staying at this hotel. Will definitely come again and recommend to people around.

Hotel location is inconvenient with MRT far away and Bangkok is always jammed ! The toilet is good to be separated for shower and toilet bowl ,however there should have basin to wash hand at the toilet bowl area ! This is not a smart design!

Hotel is located very coneveient to the mrt! Very accessible if you are arriving and departing from BKK airport. Accessible from central Bangkok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is spaceious and bed was comfortable! Recommended !

Quite pretty

Best hotel so far for my all my years holiday in Bangkok. Just that I regretted not knowing such an accommodation till now. The service provided was tiptop. The moment I alighted from a ride hailing transportation, the crew will immediately carry up my shopping bags as well as stroller straight at the front of my room. His name is Mr. Rich. He and his team were superb. Breakfast was also great in terms of providing a wide selection of buffet spread as well as you can dine by the infinity pool side. Just to advise that you need 2,000 THB for deposit upon check-in. Will definitely return to AKARA again. Cheers!

Centrally located, it is walking distance to platinum mall, big C, even central world. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The purifier in each room was a plus for us.
