Room cleaning not satisfied, restaurant eating and asking money during the dinner with family, Payment misunderstanding with trip com and hotel staff,

Preferably, they should have installed USB charger in the room, room light was not suffecient. a bench outside the front door for smokers, otherwise all were okay

Great place to stay that has many nice amenities like pool, gym, spa and nice surroundings. Would recommend!

The hotel is located on the mountain and the view is absolutely beautiful. The room is comfortable and the staff are friendly.

I was upgraded to a Villa room, it’s very spacious area. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. I had a great buffet dinner, the Sicilian chef ( I apologised that I forgot to ask his name) was very friendly too. My 2 nights stays were great….

Good hotel, clean and facilities good. The restaurant overall good but after eating there for a couple of days ( breakfast and evening meal - both buffet) we needed something better elsewhere. The location requires getting a taxi or hiring bikes. Also worth noting that the hotel is on the side of a hill so a steep walk back up if using a bike. Overall would recommend but probably better to eat out in the evenings. Staff helpful throughout the stay so no complaints.

Very good hotel to stay in Xiamen. It is surrounded by mountains.

We stayed here for a couple of nights for the second part of our Xiamen stay. Service was very good. Rooms nice but ours backed onto the mountain so was very dark in the day. While surrounded by the hills there is very little outdoor space to relax in which we like to do. It’s a good walk to amenities but not too far.

We had a pleasant stay at Le Meridien Xiamen. The staff are nice, polite and friendly. It was my birthday so they prepare a special cake and a birthday card for me, it was a very nice gesture and I am thankful for that! They provide shuttle to the hill villa where we stayed and any time we wanted to go out from the room we just called to the reception and they send us a shuttle very fast. The breakfast was just perfect! They had Western dishes as well as Chinese. They had different kinds of cheese, hams, sausages, scrambled eggs, veggies, pancakes, waffles and many many more! I really loved the breakfast and without a doubt I can say that it was one the best breakfasts I’ve had in hotels in Xiamen! There’s a gym, indoor swimming pool, pool with hydro massage, sauna, café, playground for the kids in this hotel and a nice territory full of trees and flowers where you can take a walk. The only thing is that hotel is a little bit old and need some small renovations. For example the floor in our room (1108) was full of scratches, TV had some connection problems in the beginning, the small round mirror in the bathroom which is supposed to have a light and night light above the bed - didn’t work. The rest is all good! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice and relaxing stay!
