Clean and modern hotel located in West Perth. Good for access to restaurants and cafes in Subiaco. Free street parking only on weekends. Rooms are a little small and bathroom not very private with gaps between glass and door.

房間偏小，設施有點歷史，裝修騙暗色系給人感覺不是特別乾淨，尤其是浴室門後還有未清理乾淨的頭髮，被單有黑斑。不過地點就在kings park附近，離市區不遠，周圍相對安靜，早上走二十分鐘左右就能到達城市最美觀景點

就在國王公園旁邊，位置不錯，有收費停車場，路邊晚上停車免費，房間整體還行，但空間比較小，房間衞生搞得不是很徹底，衣櫃裏還有上個房客遺留的幾個裝了垃圾的購物袋
