I stay here regularly when in town because the location is great and the Accor group has a commitment to Covid-safe cleaning practices. On this stay, there were very high winds and I discovered this trip that the building has a unique wind-tunnelling issue. The hallways "sing" with a high-pitched squeal through the vents. No worries, the rooms have fire doors and the minute the door to the room is shut, the sound is blocked out. In my case, the little mechanism at the bottom of the door didn't seal off, which meant the sound continued. The concierge changed my room immediately - brilliant! Only issue was that there are many fingermarks on door handle backplates, so I cleaned them all myself. Also, I was verbally harassed by a guest for choosing to wear a mask in the lift. Not at all the Sebel's fault; just a disappointing end to a lovely stay.

450m to Claufild station. Not far from town. Nearby is university and many restaurants. Shopping center and Coles in same distance. Nice stay!

Location is great! But bed and pillows is not comfortable enough.

I stayed here with my partner and my youngest son for my birthday weekend. Hotel staff were beautiful and welcoming me with a gift basket gor my birthday. Amazing room and so comfy and clean. S bit noisy though. I would have expected thicker paned windows to block put noise however that was only draw back. I had the best birthday I'd had in yea rs...thanks sebel will definately be back

酒店的位置還是很方便的，走路去COLES和運時華人超市都很方便。適合自駕遊的朋友，因為酒店有免費的停車位，這一點比city的服務酒店方便不少。

訂的公寓式房間，生活設施比較全，尤其是烹飪吃飯器具比較全。保潔要預約，不會天天進行。住客要有一點自我整理能力。

房間整潔乾淨，寬敞舒適

基本自助，如果想有較好的服務，就不用選了。攜程的服務很好，問題能及時給解決。

這次送小孩來讀書所以才定了這個酒店。房間有點悶，面朝馬路，晚上有點聲音。沒有一次性牙刷牙膏，沒有房間打掃服務。唯一的優點是離Monash Caulfield Campus和caulfield火車站近。如果是來旅遊的，不推薦住這家酒店。

酒店位於莫納什大學Caufield校區旁邊，交通方便，火車，坐到caufield station，下車後步行。 為公寓式酒店。可以做飯。備有冰箱，煤氣灶，烤箱，洗碗機和微波爐。還有4-6份碗，杯，碟和煎鍋，湯鍋以及廚房工具。 有菜板，洗菜藍和切菜板，刀具，有洗潔精和洗碗布。真正拎包入住。 衹是需要自己倒垃圾，很方便。 有洗衣機和烘乾機。 治安良好，環境優美。四周沒有高樓。 所定房間，樓層較高，可以在陽台上發呆，看書，遠眺海岸線和夕陽。 也可以觀看日出。 距離聖基爾達海灘（ST Kilda Beach） 6公里，很方便，坐電車（3路或16路，終點至 melbourne university ），可刷MYKI卡（好像免費），到月亮公園（看地圖顯示的站名），下車。 （注： BUS，看線路圖和站點名字，容易混淆， 可以看站台的數字標識，唯一的。 下車前 提前按車門附近的紅色按鈕，否則不停車） 可以看到遊樂園和劇院。 然後，步行2分鐘，即達海灘。 （當地人愛去，離市區最近的海灘，非常熱鬧）。 觀最美夕陽，落日，餘暉，以及棧橋盡頭，去看小企鵝歸巢。 雖然企鵝不及菲利普島，但勝在距離近，交通方便。 缺點： 本以為位於south cross 車站和機場中間，可以節約時間。 時間上，從機場到市區，需要坐的SKY BUS （ 就在上車點的旁邊，機器上自助購票，單程 23.9澳幣，上車前，工作人員驗票，每10分鐘一班 ）， 中間不停， 直接到 south cross 火車站（約20-30分鐘）。 然後，再掉頭，坐火車（Train），到酒店。 有點費時。

出國留學租房沒拿到，預訂了同一棟公寓樓內的酒店，很方便，無縫連接。酒店附近的交通也挺方便的，離地鐵站很近。

公寓位置便利，室內寬敞整潔，廚房設施齊全，適合家庭出行！
