This hotel is at the Sangu tourist district, which is near the south entrance of Wuyishan. The room is clean and spacious.

This is a small and cozy hotel. The room is very clean and all necessary amenities are provided, except body lotion which is necessary for the cold dry weather. The toilet and curtains have smart functions. Bed and beddings are comfortable and fresh. Although the lobby smells of cigarette smoke, our rooms were smoke free, which I appreciated very much. Staff are all attentive, obliging and very friendly. The staff ran out to help carry our luggages when they saw us enter the hotel. The buffet Breakfast was just adequate offerings due to the low season and low guests turnout. Location is excellent. The night food street is on the road behind the hotel. It is very easy to find food around the hotel. The hotel faces the dawangfeng lu, and it is convenient to take the free bus to the wuyishan scenic area south gate. We were here in January. The weather was glorious, blue skies, no strong winds, day high temperature around 17 °C

Excellent location. Near shops and lots of eateries within walking distance. Near bus stop to Wuyishan entrance and conveniently travel to the scenic area. Hotel service with lots of personal touch. Have a good session with the hotel manager on tea sampling.

Highly recommendation. It's location, cleanliness and service mind of the staff particularly Karla, the manager are very impressive. Despite language barrier in communication, they will try their best to help you and not a big deal if you can use an APP for translation. Breakfast has not many options and most is Chinese food. The plus point is its convenient to go around in Wuyi resort town. Pedestrian street is just behind the hotel so easy to find food and snacks.

We feel genuinely torn writing this review. On the one hand, the hotel has many things going for it. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Its location is also ideal if you plan to visit Wuyishan National Park or need convenient access to Wuyishan North train station. However, we were left feeling quite disappointed due to an issue that mattered a lot to us. We had explicitly reserved a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, we were given a room that very clearly smelled of smoke. There was even a burn mark on the desk from a cigarette, which made it obvious that someone had smoked in there despite any official classification of the room. We immediately asked to be changed, and while the staff politely insisted the room was non-smoking, they agreed to move us. Unfortunately, the second room was just the same, it also reeked of smoke. At that point, not wanting to make a scene, we reluctantly accepted the situation, but it felt incredibly disheartening. As non-smokers who are very sensitive to cigarette smell, this seriously affected our comfort and left us feeling like our concerns weren’t really taken seriously. Being moved from one smoking room to another right after raising the issue made it seem like there was no real effort to accommodate us, which was frustrating. All that said, apart from this issue, our stay was generally pleasant. If smoke sensitivity isn’t a major concern for you, this hotel could still be a good option. But for non-smokers, we’d advise confirming room options very clearly in advance and perhaps even reconsidering if that’s a dealbreaker.

Quaint little hotel in midst of everything. Food, walking distance to free bus (bus route 6, 7 or 10) to Wuyishan south entrance, walking distance to Wuyi Palace. Lots of restaurants behind the hotel, daily night market selling snacks. Very commendable friendly reception and manager, who are always smiling and provides great tips on areas to go. Really appreciate their local insights.

This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed at. The service is very warm. When I arrived there late at night, the woman at the check-in desk walked me through the various attractions in the Wuyishan Scenic Area, and provided a helpful map. Similarly, when I left, the hotel staff helped me arrange my taxi to the train station. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. They provide water bottles and Wuyishan tea. The shower was very comfortable, too. The room was a great place to relax after a long day of mountain climbing. There are many good amenities too. They sell Wuyishan tea sets at the front desk for a reasonable price. They have a self-service laundry room. They also have a yummy hot breakfast buffet for $25, which I think is reasonable as well. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very warm too. Finally, the location is good for exploring Wuyishan. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away where you can catch a free city bus to the South Entrance. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the Wuyi Palace, and there is a city bus you can catch to there too. The Sangu District, where the hotel is located, is clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed walking the main road at night. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuyishan.

Location is along the main road towards Wuyishan National Park. Free bus services to park entrance. Many eateries near the hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Aircon and wifi ok.

From the hotel I could walk to Wuyi Palace (near the north entrance) in about 20 minutes. It is on the main road but not loud, and everything was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and considerate: when I purchased breakfast at check in, the receptionist told me that the hotel had a lot of guests, so suggested I arrive at breakfast later so I would have a seat. I found this to be a charming small hotel.
