We loved our stay there. It's convenient to go around the city on public transport. We had early check-in and late check-out. The staff were very helpful when approached.

Very nice to stay together with family. Very spacious and have 2 single bed and 1 king size bed. Will stay here again. Thumb up.

Friendly staff.clean rooms.lots of space for kids. The laundry room is very helpful with the trip.

We had the executive room and it was very big and very good. The hotel staff were also friendly. Note, the hotel lobby is on the 11th floor, not the first floor.

👎We had to wait for an hour before we could check in when we arrived because they said the room we booked hadn’t been cleaned yet. The lady at the reception even suggested that we book elsewhere🤦🏽‍♀️ When we arrived to the room, we noticed that the floors hadn’t been mopped and the trash cans in the bathrooms hadn’t been emptied. We asked to change the bedsheets on the second day and we were told that we could only change the bedsheets once every 3 days! 👍location; room amenities

離地鐵口很近，前面訂的別的酒店不行，臨時換到了這家酒店，之前沒有住過宜必思，這次住下來體驗不錯，以後也會優先考慮，本來訂的商務大床房，前台升級到了Loft房，還贈送了早餐，特別感謝，房間整體衞生挺好的，也沒有什麼別的味道，還有小冰箱，這樣水果買多了也不用擔心會壞掉了
