La posizione geografica è buona, proprio nel centro della città, accanto alla chiesa e alla polizia, e a piedi sono le strade commerciali e il posto per mangiare. È anche possibile andare in mare. L'hotel sembra essere un hotel commerciale. Anche se la stanza non è grande, ma molto comoda. È possibile scrivere in un salotto, grande, e anche un ristorante stile italiano. Molte persone bevono caffè la mattina. La ricetta è molto entusiasta. A causa della pioggia, abbiamo preso in prestito diverse ricette. I was booked in for 3 nights for work. Didn’t know what to expect, but found the care around my arrival really helpful (coming on a Sunday evening - they arranged a key from a locked box so I had after-hours access). I was in room 17 - a lovely huge upstairs room really, and disappointing only in that there was no lounge to watch TV from - just two cheap metal chairs, a desk and the very comfortable bed, but as it was torrential rain for my entire stay I wasn’t wanting to go out much, and spent one entire day working from the hotel room. The internet was fast and reliable. The room was immaculate, cleanest I’ve really ever come across in a hotel, and it’s was comfortable although the furniture felt a bit like it had come from AMart. Bathroom was great. Shower water temp was unreliable and hard to get right. Little bar fridge with complementary bottled water was appreciated. Having arrived at night I had no idea what was around me, and as it was pouring rain I didn’t feel like going out for dinner, but I wasn’t confident UberEats would find me either with the reception closed. I went without dinner. I would have appreciated some recommendations in a folder in the room - like a few good places to eat would have been great. Also places like a local gym or similar. Eventually found the Builders Club and had a decent meal there on my second night - it’s a nice club and it’s nearby! And since I was working from my room one entire day, It would have been nice to have had more than a kettle. A toaster would be great. A small microwave would have been awesome. Just something to reheat the Chinese leftovers would have been nice. I’ve noticed in other reviews that breakfast was available, but there was no info about this - I would have ordered some if I’d known. God knows, on my first night I’d have eaten anything available from a vending machine if there’d been one. At the end of the day, the staff were just lovely, the place is lovely, immaculate, and the parking and location are good. All that was really missing was a small couch and some info about where to eat. I probably will book a room here for leisure at some stage. Coming in at night from the rear carpark, you could certainly hear a baby cry, muffled conversations and TV’s through the doors of the ground floor rooms when you walked down the long hallway. I was upstairs though and the only noise was people walking past out on the street late at night. Nothing anyone could help. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others, and I’ll let work know that it’s a comfortable place to be holed-up for a few days. Just a shame the weather was bad and I didn’t get to go to the beach - or even for a walk. But I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

Questo è un alloggio standard per il soggiorno di notte. Non è lussuoso ma ha ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno standard. Schede pulite, bagno pulito, aria condizionata, frigorifero e extra come tè e caffè. Per il prezzo di bilancio per cui è disponibile, è uno scenario “ottenete quello che pagate”. L'edificio è grande ma datato. Sembra che solo le basi per mantenerlo in funzione siano state fatte. Mi consiglierei di rimanere per una notte o se siete su un bilancio e siete più interessati alle attività al di fuori del motel piuttosto che spenderlo all'interno.

2nd visit, 2night stay at this property. Found the room good for a short stay, very centeralised to everything in the area. It Did the job. Easy to get to. First morning had housekeeping knock on door to clean up room while we were getting ready for the day. Dont know if they didnt know we were staying 2 nights instead of the 1. We were lucky we had chain on door. On site thai restuant was good. Didnt have to go far for dinner. However it did change hands / name change since last visit. Down side is that the Room this time didnt have a dvd player in it. Purchased cheap 1 from jb hifi. The room doesnt have a microwave either to heat up left over food if needed to. Lastly, beds can be more comfy. Single bed in twin room was bit hard to sleep on due to the steel frame it was on, and a bit too high as well. Was more comfy on the double bed with the friend i was with to watch tv. (He didnt mind) Also, price had gone up a little as well since last visit.

I stayed for two nights and I found Pioneer Sands wonderful. The rooms were very clean and roomy. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment with balcony. Very modern looking apartments with all facilities in the room which you require for a wonderful couples or family stay. The bedding was very comfortable and the pillows were to die for. Sleeping was not a problem whatsoever. Televisions with cable were in the living area and in the main bedroom. The apartments also have an outdoor pool which was a plus. Very close to the Towradgi Beach Hotel, parks and beaches and only 5 minutes drive to Wollongong CBD. I would recommend a stay at Pioneer Sands due to the very clean apartments together with the wonderful staff who were very approachable and friendly. Thank you for my stay.

Le camere sono state ristrutturate e sono eccezionalmente belle. Molto pulite e tempestive. Per due persone la camera era abbastanza grande con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Più felice con il comfort del letto e le mutandine (che erano giusti!). Di solito abbiamo un problema con abbastanza sockets elettrici a causa del caricamento telefonico, macchine cpap ecc (di solito prendiamo un pacchetto di potenza e di estensione di piombo) .... ma hanno dato a ciascun lato del letto due sockets E un porta USB di carica telefonica in mezzo. Le lampade laterali sono wired separatamente. Maggiore impressione! Colazione fornita come confezione con latte, cereali e contenitori di plastica e cuscino di legno. Il bagno era spazioso con una testa di doccia piovana che non volevo lasciare. Molto ben progettato e decorato. Aria condizionata con cieco oscuro. Solo in fondo (se è vero) è che essere un pub hanno musica su (siamo rimasti in una notte di sabato), ci aspettavamo che fosse così e potresti sentire musica muffolata in alto, ma 10.30 sul dot è finito così abbiamo avuto una notte perfettamente tranquilla. Solo per chi non può navigare le scale, perché non c'è ascensore, è stato bello rimasti qui questo fine settimana!

L'Hotel Coniston aveva una grande camera ben progettata con buone attrezzature. Il letto era molto confortevole e c'era una grande TV a schermo. Ci è un grande parcheggio auto gratuito. Il bistro dell'hotel è molto buono. Ci è una buona selezione di vini ben prezzi. Il cibo è di qualità molto elevata e il menu offre qualcosa per la maggior parte dei gusti. Le prawn di aglio spagnolo sono un vero piacere e il Marinated Lamb Rump, servito su un risotto di fungo, è anche un ottimo pranzo.

Abbiamo goduto il soggiorno. sembrava ben organizzato. Solo una cosa è così male che il piano che unisce tutte le unità insieme è così rumore. Ci siamo svegliati molte volte per le due notti da bambini e altri che camminano e correvano lungo i piani delle loro unità. Quella parte potevo solo dare una valutazione 3/10. Eravamo li' per godere un tempo molto tranquillo. Sono sicuro che abbiamo colpito gli altri mentre camminavamo lungo i nostri piani. Il suono lungo i piani è sovraccarico. Non senti altro. Era fuori, ma era quasi silenzioso, ma l'eco lungo i piani era sovraccarico. Non so che questo possa aiutare. Anche il puliziatore indossava solo un asciugamano quando andò a pulire l'unità vicino alla porta. Non ho visto nessuna spray o pulizia?? in questi tempi sanitando quando la pulizia è di estrema importanza. Sembrava che solo avesse insegnato a non pulire.
