Very spacious, clean and comfortable room with comfortable bed and quality bed linen. Close to all amenities and shops. Secure On-site parking easy to access. Very easy place to stay. Pleasant staff - would happily stay again

I have stayed at the Quest now several times and it is always in a very good condition and the daily services is performed very professionally. I can certainly recommend this to any person looking to book a room for business or a private get away with your family.

Location was great - close walk to restaurants. Car park was handy. Apartments were spacious and great with 2 separate bedrooms with own bathrooms and excellent laundry - easy to travel with a colleague. Would stay here again

A very good hotel. Great location and friendly staff. Close to everything, including the beach and restaurants, and pretty quiet. Facilities are good. Highly recommended. Would have been better if pillows were firmer.

The bathroom door didn’t close. It seems to me it’s a structural issue as the door didn’t even shut. It stops as there is no gap between the door and the floor. Besides that, the location was excellent and the kitchen, dining and living spaces are pretty good. I guess we were just unlucky to stay at that particular room.

Room was modern, clean & spacious, the hotel is centrally located walking distance to city centre, bars, restaurants, entertainment centre & stadium. We accidentally left some clothing behind in the wardrobe, we contacted hotel management who promptly posted back to us, very satisfied with our stay

Disappointing, not really the quality I’m accustomed too staying at the quests around Australia . Found the serviced apartment I stayed inn rather tired looking , bathroom outdated , bed was extremely uncomfortable and bowed inn, kitchen appliances were greasy and old. Tagging vandalism upon entering the undercover carpark was my the first indication I made a mistake, first and last time..

We had a great time at the Quest Wollongong and very much appreciated the help from staff and management when our plans changed due to COVID-19. Comfy apartment so close to everything in Wollongong and the beach.
