Il manager di questo hotel era meraviglioso. Mia moglie ha lasciato i vestiti nelle tasche per errore. Abbiamo scoperto quando siamo tornati a casa e abbiamo sbagliato il bagaglio. Ha chiamato il manager e era così gentile. Egli è andato in camera nostra e ha preso i vestiti e ha usato UPS per rifornirli. Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose sulla sua generosità e la sua disponibilità a fare il chilometro extra per i suoi clienti. Il nostro soggiorno era anche grande. La stanza e il colazione erano grandi. Grazie ancora per il piacevole soggiorno.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel prima e sono stato deluso. Sono tornato qui perché sono con Choice Hotel Rewards e pensavo di darle un'altra occasione. Ciò che posso dire in questa occasione è: acqua calda per il mio tubo costante e costante di lavoro Wi-Fi. In generale, da quando ho esaminato l'hotel, posso dire che sono soddisfatto. La mia camera era pulita e spaziosa, acqua calda, Wi-Fi opera, quindi sono soddisfatto. Inoltre, la posizione è grande per il centro di Williamsburg, si può camminare lì in meno di 30 minuti. Per il prezzo dell'hotel e della posizione, non si può battere.Inoltre, c'è un ristorante di casa pancake intorno alla strada per colazione, ottimo luogo di colazione.

La struttura e il personale erano di prima vista come al solito. Questa non è la mia prima permanenza e non sarà la mia ultima. Molto conveniente per Water Country e Busch Gardens insieme con Targets proprio lungo la strada. 5/5

Because we enjoy golf, this was an excellent place to stay. We golfed the gold course twice and the green once. We enjoyed a few meals at the course as well. The timing for the other on site restaurants didn’t match our needs. The staff is very polite and helpful. Everyone greats you as you explore the grounds. It was nice staying in the center of Williamsburg and having that open access. I would have enjoyed a pool with the hotel, though, instead of a shared property pool.

Childhood friends got together for a much needed reunion. We all 3 loved our stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was very clean and our rooms were both clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was good as far as hotel breakfast goes and the staff worked very hard to keep it stocked and to keep tables clean. Saturday was extremely busy and they did a wonderful job of keeping everything stocked. My only complaint about the breakfast was that the toasters didn’t work very well. The hotel is very centrally located to Colonial Williamsburg and quite a few nice restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wife and I Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our recent anniversary. We have stayed at most of the Historic Williamsburg hotels and this one several times in the past. We love the historic area and it is so nice to be close and be able to walk around the area and to Merchant square without having to search for parking on a busy weekend. The Lodge is very nice and the rooms well appointmented and decorated. This weekend we paid over $400 per night. The most consistent and disappointing problem we encounter every time we stay is the mattresses are terrible. This weekend was no different as it was a king bed which sagged deeply in both sleeping sides and gave little to no support. My wife and I both developed back pain after the first night and it only got worse the second. Again we have stayed at most of the properties in the historic area and even the colonial houses and this has more often than not been a problem. I think they just don't switch out the mattresses for new ones often enough and they get very worn and uncomfortable. We love the historic area very much and always enjoy our walks through the area, but this might be the last time we stay at a colonial property. You would think being a Marriott property it would be better now, but it is not.
