Io mi fermo qui ogni volta che sono nella zona. Esha al desk front è sempre amichevole ed efficiente e ha un grande servizio clienti. Tutti, dalla custodia a colazione alla manutenzione, sono amichevole e personali. La posizione è anche grande . Convenientemente situato a diverse opzioni di cena e a Starbucks (che è anche grande) . Ci sono colazione gratuita con diverse opzioni , un lavanderia e un centro fitness . Alcuni camere hanno anche gettato tubi a grandi tariffe troppo consigliamo questo hotel . Grandi persone 👏 grandi prezzi 👍

Travelers who stay here for the breakfasts, beware: weekly menus include breakfasts with no substantial animal protein (like bacon or sausage), so it will be a crapshoot as to what your breakfast will or will not include at this hotel. While the room was fine, the issue was the run-around I was given with breakfast. In 20-30 years I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express (for the breakfasts), this hotel provided no substantial (i.e., ”typical”) animal protein the Sunday morning I stayed there. When I asked the front desk about it, he had a litany of excuses and at least one outright lie (repeated by the General Manager, Jay): there *was* animal protein - it was in the little bits in the gravy, they can't provide for *special diets* (huh ?!), ”you're the only one who has complained”, they don't determine the menus - IHG provides the menus, etc. Others in the breakfast room were surprised as well (whether they actually talked to the front desk or not is neither here nor there). Later I looked at the plaque on the wall and it is owned by Pramukh Hotels. I called IHG who confirmed that they (IHG) do *not* determine the menus - either the Pramukh Hotel owner or the hotel general manager does, so the front desk and the manager lied to me. I'm grateful that IHG refunded that night's points to me, but I will be making sure that I find out ahead of time if the hotel I want to make a reservation at is a Pramukh Hotel and avoid it.

Ho sempre e solo una lamentela sull'hotel. I poliziotti dr river attraversano il parcheggio abbastanza regolarmente. Detto questo non mi ha mai colpito molto e il soggiorno è sempre tranquillo, pulito, economico e conveniente. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e dubito che controllino la situazione della polizia. Continua così, tetto rosso!

Era ok solo deluso dal pacchetto della colazione, capisco a causa del covid che non possono servire la colazione ma almeno una colazione preparata può fare e anche l'ascensore è troppo lento.

Stayed here a night for business and it was a very pleasant stay. Check in went smoothly, the room was cozy (comfortable bed, a little desk/business area), and I got a good sleep. There are also several nice restaurants in the area within walkable distance, and a (slightly overpriced) bistro which is nice for coffee/breakfast in the morning. My only complaint is that the pool doesn't have a hot tub.

Non mi fermero' mai più in una proprietà Choice Hotels dopo essere rimasto qui!! Ho detto al direttore del front desk che avevo un animale di servizio certificato al momento della mia entrata. Per l'elenco di questo hotel, gli animali di servizio non sono tenuti a pagare alcun onere aggiuntivo (e è ILLEGALE se lo fanno). Il terzo giorno lì ho ricevuto una chiamata dal manager che mi ha informato che mi sono pagato un'altra somma di $100 perché mi è stato assegnato una stanza che non era amichevole. Che?? Mi è stato assegnato quella stanza e già era lì tre giorni e poi pagato. Questo posto discrimina le persone con disabilità, chiaro e semplice. Mi è stato detto che anche gli animali di supporto certificati non sono benvenuti senza un canone di 100 dollari per disinfettare la stanza. Il mio cucciolo non si butta, non lasciava neanche un po' di merda in camera, era tranquillo e nessuno era incazzato da lui. Sono in procinto di discutere questa accusa e ho contattato un avvocato ADA e farò delle accuse contro questo proprietario. Ho scelto questo hotel a causa del prezzo più basso della zona e si è trasformato in il luogo più costoso della zona. Ero su un bilancio e questo uomo non aveva alcuna empatia per me come persona. Inoltre, la mia stanza non era pulita una volta mentre ero lì, la gente nella stanza accanto a me fumava potato e l'odore si infilava nella hall e apparentemente era consentito. Non resterò mai più in un Choice Hotel Property!!!

Hotel molto pulito con grande personale. Check-in veloce e professionale, perfettamente buona camera e tranquillo (anche se era un giorno di settimana). Posso tuttavia suggerire che la qualità dei pasti per colazione possa essere un po' migliorata, e che anche il personale del colazione debba essere un po' meglio formato. Cercava, ma sembrava sconvolto da piccoli richieste (come ”Hai più banane?”) Ma in generale un'esperienza positiva.
