Hotel a Warren, Stati Uniti d'America

La struttura è stata molto confortevole, e si trovava in una tranquilla stanza, ma vicino a tutte le strade, alle città e ai villaggi locali. Il bar/restaurante è stato chiuso troppo presto e ci ha tradito da una cappella e dall'uso dei nostri crediti F&B (il bar sembrava invitante e aveva una scelta eccellente di bourbon premium). L'hotel non sembrava pieno e non ci sono state offerte miglioramenti nonostante il nostro status di diamante. Saremo certamente indietro, come tutta la mia famiglia è in questo campo.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte perche' c'era un ritardo all'aeroporto, quindi abbiamo perso la nostra connessione. La ricezione era così buona. Il personale dell'alto contatto ci ha salutato così caldamente e ha spiegato tutto quello che dovevamo sapere per tornare all'aeroporto e essere organizzati. Forse mi sono appena esaurito dal mio viaggio, ma vedendo il loro sorriso e l'energia al 2AM mi ha davvero aiutato a sentirmi meglio. Il colazione ha avuto un sacco di frutta fresca (tre succo di frutta diverso, disossato, intero e secco), patate da colazione e prodotti dolci, perfetto dal momento che io e il mio partner siamo vegani. Non espressamente vegan persegue, ma potremmo ancora mangiare abbastanza decente per un soggiorno non programmato. La stanza era molto pulita. Inoltre c'è una piscina. Hooray.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel a partire da febbraio 2022 quando ho iniziato la mia chemioterapia al Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center a Basking Ridge. Sono stato diagnosticato con una rara forma di linfoma non Hodgkin chiamato linfoma di cellule di Mantle nel maggio 2021. Sono estremamente grato per questo hotel per albergarmi mentre sono in zona per i trattamenti, e per le scansioni. Migliorando, le mie visite sono meno frequenti, ma sono rimasto qui il mese scorso, e volevo ringraziare il personale per la gentilezza, soprattutto Maya Dawkins e Jossehlyn. Grazie a tutti. I stayed at this hotel because I have stage 4 cancer and will need to stay overnight a couple times a week while I'm participating in a clinical trial. The trial sponsor covers the hotel up to a certain amount so I splurged a little on a king room with balcony that featured lounge access. I chatted with the front desk the night before to ask what the lounge offered. She told me that I was not eligible to use it because I was not an elite member. After going back and forth leaving me confused on why they couldn't look at their own website, I gave up hoping I would get someone else when I checked in. Unfortunately, I got the same person, Angela. When I showed her what my reservation said and the website she actually told me that I misunderstood and that it just meant that the lounge was accessible by me but I wasn't allowed to use it. She actually said ”terminology will get you every time”. If you look at the pictures I added below you'll see that the elite member benefit also says ”lounge access” benefit. So terminology had nothing to do with it. I would have asked to talk to a manager but she told me the manager agreed with her and she was at the next register and heard all of this. So, to boot, the lounge wasn't even on our floor and anyone could access it. For the cherry on top, we woke up the next day to find out that the ceiling leaked into our bag. The woman at the front desk in the morning apologized and said she would add points to my account. I haven't even seen the original stay, much less extra points. I don't have enough time to waste on gaslighting and horrible service so I won't be staying there during my clinical trial.

Very nice hotel. Would stay there again. Everyone was nice.

La nostra camera ”confirmata” e ”garanziata” ADA con due letti regina e una doccia in rotola non era pronta per la nostra arrivo domenica poco dopo le 4:00 del tempo di check-in. Abbiamo aspettato nel lobby. La prima stanza pronta aveva un tubo, non una doccia in rotola. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare le stanze.La seconda stanza offerta aveva un letto re invece di due Regine...20 dollari per notte di pagamento non menzionato fino a due giorni dopo il ricevimento e-mail. La stanza era calda all'ingresso. Non ci siamo sentiti comodi fino a un'ora e mezzo dopo l'arrivo. Il secondo peggior check-in in più di quattro decenni di viaggio regolare.Il mio colazione includeva buon caffè, bellissime uova scramblete, ”sausa vegetariana” (l'unica offerta di bacon/sausa), melone di miele di prima qualità e un muffin di pepe freddo. La salsa e il melone entrarono nel cestino, il bagno di mia moglie andò senza tosta per il lungo periodo di attesa per il tostapane, e il suo melone entrarono nel cestino. E lei disse che il suo succo arancione infinito era ”off”. Non ci siamo fermati per il colazione del giorno dopo. L'appartamento è molto bello e la nostra suite è stata ben progettata e pulita, ma il check-in, la fatturazione, e le esperienze del colazione significa che non possiamo raccomandare di rimanere qui.

Questo hotel è stato un piacere! Il personale è eccellente, assicurandovi di vivere alle vostre aspettative. AM caffè è stato liscio, colazione offerte calde e deliziose. Divertito a spendere il nostro tempo libero nel tubo e piscina calda. È stato bello vedere i ragazzi giocare a basket in un tribunale molto ben marcato! Il personale ha reagito rapidamente a qualsiasi richiesta. In qualità di famiglia, preferiamo stare a Homewood Suites ogni volta che possibile e goderci il nostro tempo qui! Grazie!
