- L'ambiente è carino e accogliente. C'è una bella terrazza e ho guardato la mongolfiera al mattino!! - Tutto il personale è davvero disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare la mongolfiera a un prezzo conveniente e ci hanno dato suggerimenti per programmare il nostro viaggio in Cappadocia. - Anche le decorazioni della nostra stanza sono bellissime. Ma ci sono troppi moscerini/inserti nel bagno (più di 10), troppo orribili...

Mi è piaciuto moltissimo il nostro soggiorno al Lucky Cave Hotel. Era così carino e accogliente. Il personale era molto accogliente e super cordiale. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare i tour e hanno anche organizzato le navette aeroportuali. Comunicazione superba! Alcuni dei migliori servizi alberghieri che abbia mai ricevuto. Le camere erano pulite ei giardini erano divini. È stato un soggiorno così rilassante. Avevano una terrazza sul tetto dove avevamo una splendida vista delle mongolfiere al mattino. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui perché l'hotel era nel cuore di tutti i negozi e ristoranti carini e facile da trovare?

We had a lovely stay at Lucky Cave hotel thanks to Farhan - he was very helpful to us and friendly.

My Booking No. **************** . We were promised a deluxe room which was under no circumstances a deluxe room . The electricity wasn't working and the same kept tripping off till we demanded that the room be changed. The room was changed . the room had a smaller bed to sleep on and the electricity issue kept on but with less frequency. The room lighting was sooooo low that the far end of the room where the cupboards were kept were bereft of any light. The bathroom was a different story altogether. A huge jacuzzi was there fit for a couple. However the whole of bathroom was filled with broken concrete chips off the roof which was right under a road. The Manager who was housekeeping cum porter cum manager cum electrician cum plumber cleaned it himself and told us this is the only room he can provide. A couple of hours later the concrete shower kept on dropping, forget using the jacuzzi, we didn't dare venture in 90% of the bathroom area. The electricity problem was being caused by the water leakage happening at the bathroom entrance which in turn was causing short circuit. The experience was shitty to say the least. Never felt more cheated than this hotel stay as the entire money was taken in advance promising a deluxe stay - it was more like a slum stay. I am sure the hotel deserves a star rating of 1.0 at the maximum. Not at all worth the USD250 we paid for.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

this is the ninth place we travel in Turkey. The worst hotel in our trip! Good side: a small cute garden A balcony can see the hot air ballon Bad side: There is no air conditioning in the room/ Wi-Fi can not connect/ our travel plan change, request one week in advance for change, hotel directly rejected. And There are no view in the room. breakfast is not good, shower is broken! 150 US dollars for a night should not be like this.

Good location, good service, big and clean room, reasonable price but breakfast near improvement. Only cold food.

We had a good stay. Staff was very helpful, location is convenient. The rooms start to feel a bit old, fridge was quite dirty, and there is no room service. Good stay overall.

Highly recommend this hotel. The owner is very helpful and polite. He is always available when needed. He recommends and advise a good deals with hot ballon and horse riding activities. I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Cappadocia.

Nice hotel in the centre of Goreme. Very convenient, with good ventilation inside the cave room. very nice breakfast too.

Really nice place. The location is perfect. Me and my friend we liked here a lot. It is just 2 minutes walk to everywhere. Staff were really good. Price are also very nice. We highly recommend here. Thank you for everything lucky cave:)

The hotel is should he fine but when it rains, the access is kinda hard and a steep climb on the road from the main road. I like the cat here and I asked her to play in my room.
