The welcome was very pleasant and the room we were allocated was indeed the quiet room we’d requested upon booking. We were upstairs with something of a lake view in a room that looked as though it had recently been re-furbished. The room was clean and comfortable and access to the car park via a set of stairs from the corridor made loading and unloading much easier than if we’d had to access our room from front reception, in what is quite a large building. There is a bar adjacent to the front entrance and a restaurant at the rear (which was closed during our stay) and I don’t know what impact they would have had upon our desire for a quiet room had they been going full swing of a weekend.

Ma il proprietario ha preso la sconfitta dalle gambe della vittoria alla fine - siamo entrati per prendere una tazza di caffè poche ore dopo averla controllata, e sono stati brutti dicendo: ”Sei come un penny cattivo, non puoi sbarazzarci” (non in modo leggero) e ammonito: ”Non dovresti essere qui. Altri ospiti stanno arrivando. Devi andartene il prima possibile.” Immagino sia giusto dire che gli ospiti non dovrebbero sviare dopo aver fatto il check-out, Ma non c'era bisogno di questo livello di rudezza per risparmiare 5 centesimi su una tazza di caffè.Una vergogna, lascia un cattivo gusto nella nostra bocca dopo un altro piacevole soggiorno

Questo è un ristorante di stile urbano che guarda il lago e le montagne. L’unità era abbastanza decente, anche se non aveva una pompa di calore o un riscaldatore a pannello fissato nelle camere da letto, e solo un riscaldatore per l’unità, quindi mantenere il caldo durante la notte era un po’ difficile. L’unità di sopra aveva una pompa di calore, ma purtroppo l’unità era situata vicino alla camera da letto e un po’ rumore durante la notte, ma l’unità era pulita, spaziale, tutto funzionava come annunciato e le strutture di cucina erano molto utili. La posizione è piuttosto buona e a pochi passi dal centro della città (circa 15 minuti a piedi, e ci sono tracce di collina coinvolte).

So, we didn't *not* enjoy staying here, but there were pros and cons, I guess. We have tried to outline them below:   The pros: - The location is pretty good, and is walking distance to the centre of the town - The upstairs units have hill views - The apartments themselves are top notch, with a luxurious feel and a full-sized kitchen and lounge in the larger units   The cons: - The cleaning could have been better (there was enough dust to write my name in the spare room and at the back of the bedside tables in the main room. I think if you want confidence in where you stay, during these COVID times, then perhaps just an extra couple of minutes spent would have been worthwhile - The washing machine was mouldy, so again, a bit of attention cleaning-wise would have resolved this as well - We stayed for four days and never had a car park, so had to park on the street. Perhaps labelling them with unit numbers might help? - A lot of the furniture was in very poor condition: it let the place down a lot because it was as if a rich person had built the apartments and then a poor student had furnished it (this is more of a management thing, I guess) - Oddly, there was no soap or body wash for the shower (we had to go and buy some). Given that there was soap for the bathroom sink and dishwashing liquid for the kitchen (and flannels to wash with), it seemed strange that there were no soap products in the shower, again lending to the feel that it was being managed by broke students - It would have been so wonderful to have more than one towel each (again, the broke students thing) - It would have been nice if we could have had the apartment we asked for and told could be made available (better to under promise and over deliver than the opposite, even if we couldn't get into the apartment we wanted) - again, a management thing   I was a bit of an odd stay. Things seemed polar opposite - some things were super luxurious and other things just seemed cheap. Overall the apartments were beautiful, and of high quality. But one side of the property looks out over the toilets in the campground, and the management of the place seemed to let things down but dropping the quality of the stay down a notch or two. While it's really comfortable, I guess it's a difficult industry to be in at the moment, and perhaps they're looking to cut costs.

Molto buona posizione è anche buona per andare al lago Vanaka e il supermercato è a dieci minuti.E il proprietario è molto ricco, e l'hotel ci aiuterà a tenere le finestre della macchina con i pannolini per evitare il ghiaccio è molto intimide.Dovrebbe essere tutto dentro la stanza. La pulizia e la pulizia sono davvero soddisfacenti!La mattina alzati e apriti la porta e c'è un gatto che inizia a entrare e non andare a mangiare il mio hamburger.
