Hotel in zona Eskimas, Vilnius

I stayed here 1 night as part of a tour. The hotel is like a jigsaw puzzle, there are rooms going in all directions and elevators in a few spots. Can be confusing. When I went to my room, 408, I had no towels, so when I went down for dinner, I mentioned to the young lady at the desk I had no towels, She assured me in 20 I would have them. I said I'm going for dinner, so no rush, I'll be back in and hour and a half. When I went back to the room, there were no towels, so I called 0300 for the desk. I rang 27 times, I called back, it rang 15 times. I went to the desk and there she was sitting doing nothing. I asked what number should I call for the desk and was told 0300. When i said that I did call and it range 27 times she claimed she was busy. Too bad no one told her she could say excuse me, pick up the phone and say please hold. I mention that it's now been 2 hours and I still haven't any towels. Without saying a word, she stood up and went in the back room.She back out with 1 small hand towel and 1 large bath towel. I asked for a 6;30 wake up call and she said not possible. I asked why and she told me staff doesn't come in until 7am. I asked what would happen if I had an emergency before 7 am, but all she did was look at me like I was crazy. I said Thank you and left. I already commented to Globus that they should never use this hotel again. At least not until they re train the staff. Breakfast buffet was good.

La stanza è stata prenota per anni nuovi, ha una vista bella dalla stanza, una stanza pulita e standard, il servizio è stato anche buono, ha chiesto un paio di bagni e l'ha presa direttamente.Molto vicino alla città e a piedi lontano da altri bellissimi luoghi.

La posizione è magnifica, perché si sta camminando a distanza dai luoghi di interesse. Ci sono ristoranti e bar vicino all'hotel. Ho soggiornato per un fine settimana e forse è così adatto per i sonni leggeri come me. Molto accade tutta la notte.

Hotel moderno, confortevole, la nostra camera aveva anche un balconcino. Colazione varia, con scelta di piatti caldi, frutta, aringhe, sfogliati, crepe. Unica pecca la mancanza di un armadio in camera, c'è uno stand con stampelle, e di un frigo. Centro città non molto vicino, circa 1 km. Il bus per l'aeroporto passa a 200 mt. Supermercato proprio di fronte, aperto fino alle 23. Le pulizie giornaliere non sono previste, ma su richiesta le effettuano.

A nice hotel about 10 minutes' walk from the bus station. We spent 2 nights in one of the superior double rooms, which was quiet, spacious, clean and very nicely decorated., old tow view. The instructions for late check-in were also very clear. Finally, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.

One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.

Ibis significa ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Strutture informali, ma sempre pulite e confortevoli. Colazioni discrete. La delusione totale in questa occasione è stata però data dalla incapacità, o mancanza di volontà, di soddisfare una banale richiesta del cluente, arrecandomi cosi un reale danno bioligico: NOTTE INSONNE! A differenza di altre strutture della stessa catena, In questo hotel non erano presenti doppi cucini nell'armadio, e alla richiesta di averne altri due, nel tardo pomeriggio, la risposta è stata: ” spiacenti, ma non possiamo soddisfare la sua richiesta prima di domattina”

Dalla stazione a pochi passi attraverso un piccolo parco. L'addetto alla reception parlava un ottimo inglese e sono stato fortunato ad avere la mia stanza già a mezzogiorno. Erano impegnati a sostituire gli ascensori, quindi questo significava polvere, rumore e salire le scale. Questo sarà ovviamente finito quando arriverai lì. La camera aveva una vista sulla città (Hotel Panorama!), ed era dotata di una piccola scrivania. Faceva troppo caldo e non c'era modo di regolare la temperatura se non aprire la finestra. La colazione iniziava solo alle otto, anche nei giorni feriali. Era buono, ma non stravagante.

Il bellissimo hotel si trova nella città antica di Vilnius. E 'molto nuovo, quindi le attrezzature sono molto buone. La mia camera singola era un po 'piccola, ma basta per una persona e per un soggiorno in città. Il letto era confortevole, ma purtroppo non c'era nessun frigorifero. L'iscrizione è stata molto professionale ed efficiente. L'hotel ha un contratto con un parcheggio vicino, si trova a circa 600 metri a piedi dall'hotel. Per soli 8 euro, può parcheggiare il proprio veicolo lì (in accordo con la reception). Il colazione era in ordine ma era ancora in grado di svilupparsi, per esempio mancava latte normale, e solo latte privo di lattosio che aveva un sapore acido. In tutto, è un bel hotel e lo consiglio a tutti per un soggiorno a Vilnius.

ABSOLUTLY NOT RECOMMENDED! WE BOOKED 2 DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022 FOR A RAMMSTEIN CONCERT. AT THIS POINT THEY HAD A LOT OF ROOMS FREE AND OFFERED IT IN ***********. IN MAI 2023 (7 month later!) THEY CANCELED OUR ROOMS (2 DOUBLE ROOMS) WITH THE CASE ”SORRY - OUR HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED”. BUT THE REAL AND TRUE CASE WAS, THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS TO OTHER GUESTS CAUSE OF RARLY AVAILABLE ROOMS IN MAY 2023/VILNIUS. WE ORGINALLY PAID 599 EURO FOR ONE WEEK TOTAL FOR BOTH DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022. IN MAI 2023 THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS FOR OVER AROUND 2000 EURO+ PER WEEK (EACH ROOM!). FROM THE BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW ITS SURLY WISE BUT ITS REALLY REALLY UNFAIR TO THE GUESTS TO F*CK THEIR LONG PLANNED HOLIDAYS IN THE LAST MOMENT BEFOR THE TRAVEL BEGINS. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIND ANOTHER PAYABLE HOTEL IN VILNIUS SO WE HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING 30KM OUTSIDE OF VILNIUS CITY. WE HAD TO USE BOLT/UBER TAXIS EVERY DAY AND WE HAD ALOT OF EXTRA COSTS CAUSE OF THIS OUTRAGEOUS HOTEL. WE ARE VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AND I WILL POST THIS STORY WHEREVER I CAN! UNBELIEVABLE!
