I visited Vilnius last February small city and overall nice welcoming people. I booked a room with the Cathedral view but unfortunately received a low floor room but view was great. Front desk daytime was amazing I forgot the name of the gentleman who checked me in but he was incredible explaining to me about the city and insisting to walk me to my executive room. I had dinner with drinks at the fancy restaurant lobby area, service was awful i had to scream for someone to come take orders although there was always more then one behind the bar but never bothered to look at clients! I ordered room service dinner the gentleman who took order was great recommending snacks and portions arrived huge! Overall nice comfy hotel in a small quite town i would visit again for sure.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Vilnius. Warm comfortable rooms, refined decor which gives the impression of French elegance and sophistication - clearly the impression they want to give off. But for me, like the area of Vilnius it's in, it was all a little twee. Like walking onto a film set for a Victor Hugo novel. All looks nice, but underneath it's just a little... fake. The staff were exceptionally well-trained and very friendly. The breakfast was good - I ordered eggs benedict from the menu - maybe could have done without the cress, but was generally good. But it felt like I was having breakfast in a posh tea room. Sometimes, you just want that egg and bacon feel. The spa was rubbish frankly, the pool was tiny and cold and there is one sauna and you have to book it. We only stayed there for 20 minutes. It feels like it's been quickly added because the hotel feels it should have have a spa. But it's so disappointing that it does more damage than good. All in all, this is, in many ways, a hotel fit for a king, if that king was from Tenessee and sung rock and roll and wanted the impression of France in Lithuania. Does the hotel look and feel nice? Sure. But is this real Vilnius? Absolutely not. It was great for a romantic pre-Christmas trip with my wife and I would certainly stay again, but it's more for those who prefer the clinking of fine china over a pie and chips. 3.5

We mistakenly booked for the wrong dates and turned up to Hotel Apia as per the booking. We called in distress. The staff especially Oraurelia and Alexesandras were beyond outstanding. Their care, helpfulness and attentiveness went really far! Parking can be a large issue as spaces are not always available and it can be difficult to find the parking. There is a barrier that you need to call them to get it opened (enter and exit) so if you don’t have a local sim, it can be difficult. The hotel I beautiful beyond words and the rooms are all different themes and super cute and quaint. The rooms do get very hot during the evening. Location is perfectly located.

The hotel and service is fantastic and offers a very elegant feeling stay. Perfect location. The breakfast is amazing, bed comfortable, and staff extremely helpful. In particular, Maxsim (Max) was very helpful with tips about eating and drinking, and also very helpful upon my checkout, retrieving items I had forgotten and finding an area for me to get changed out of my suit. He is a credit to the hotel!

There is nothing amazing about this hotel, nor is there anything thats worth complaining about that really ruins your overall stay. The checkin was busy when i arrived and it took about 20mins to actually check in, which was a little annoying, but we got there in the end. Only one staff member on the front counter didn't help. The rooms are VERY basic, more so Holiday Inn Express style, not the type of rooms i would expect from a Holiday Inn brand. The air-conditioning control in the room doesn't provide much flexibility on control, just a simple dial, which i doubt really even works, no fan control, so thats a little down side. Rooms are ok, carpet needs a good clean in the room i stayed in, but overall not to bad. Mini-bar is stocked, which is rare for hotels these days, but thats a small bonus if you want to spend on the bar items which is priced high, as per usual. Breakfast is basic, hot and cold food, coffee is good from the automated machine, but no barista on site. A fresh fruit juice machine would be good, always a good addition to breakfast buffet to be able to make fresh juice. I had dinner and lunch in the hotel twice, both meals, the soup, steak and chicken salad were really good! I would recommend this for a spot to eat, but of course, getting out of the hotel for food is always recomended. The front desk staff are nice, allowed me to check-out late due to a late flight, so that was handy and made the stay more pleasing. Gym is very small, so don't get your hopes up. It says there is a sauna, but i couldn't find it. There is a safe in the room, but its not bolted down to the floor or wardrobe! its loose, so someone can pick it up and take it home! Doesnt make sense, not ”Safe” at all ! The iron in the room is super cheap! I expect this type of iron from a motel type stay, no steam type, and its very hard to iron a work shirt! They should be replaced with a decent iron! Overall its OK, bed were OK, pillows OK, room was quiet and easy to sleep, so thats a good thing. Short walk into the main area of Old Town across the waterway, or you can grab a taxi, or even a scooter! Thanks for the stay, but i thought the brand of Holiday Inn would be slightly better than what i expect from the brand overall globally.

La mia camera era molto piccola!! Ho prenotato una sola. Questa camera aveva un letto unico posto direttamente vicino a un muro. Non mi piaceva il personale del front office che non erano persone professionali dell'hotel e tipo di arrogante!!! La colazione era piuttosto buona ma grassa. Mi hanno chiesto di prendere il ghiaccio e mi hanno dato un aspetto sporco, ma ho preso il ghiaccio. La piscina ha funzionato, ma era un po' di grungo. Mi sono sentita molto felice di avere un balcone, ma non mi sarei mai fermata di nuovo!

Rooms are a decent size if a little dated style. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a good choice hot or cold. I would give the hotel top marks for being clean and tidy. Check in is by keypad and code is sent in advance but there is a help desk on site and the lady there was very helpful. There is also a luggage room which helps if you are early or need to store for a while after checkout

Non ho ancora visto la mia stanza perché sono arrivato presto, ma credo di poter dare la mia valutazione. Ho ordinato un trasferimento aeroportuale con l'hotel e è stato citato un prezzo fisso di €20. Non posso dirvi quanto drammatico l'accordo su questo trasferimento aeroportuale ha causato. Come hanno detto, il conducente mi aspettava in sala con il mio nome. Ma quando sono arrivato in macchina, mi ha informato che non c'era un prezzo fissato e che sarebbe stato su un metro. Così ho chiamato l’hotel e mi hanno assicurato che avrebbe dovuto essere un prezzo fissato. Avrebbero chiamato la compagnia per risolverlo. Ma al momento dell’arrivo all’hotel non avevo sentito alcuna informazione. Ho appena finito di pagarlo. Ora, sulla fiera di misura, è arrivato a €28 invece di €20. Non è che il denaro fosse così folle. Ma come un confronto, se avessi ordinato un Uber, avrei pagato €10. Non mi piaceva che l'hotel non facesse nulla per compensare questa discrepanza, ma invece mi hanno detto che a partire da quella mattina c'era un nuovo prezzo di 27 euro. Non può essere vero perché il conducente non mi ha detto che c'era un prezzo fisso di 27 euro, l'ha messo su un metro e così è successo che è arrivato a 27 euro. Soprattutto, penso che la gente vuole sentire che si occupano di un hotel onesto. E qui, posso già dire che questo non sembra un hotel onesto. Anche se qualcosa fosse successo al prezzo, come cortesia, potrebbero avermi offerto una tazza di caffè gratuita e io lo avrei lasciato andare. L'unica ragione che gli ho dato due stelle è che il prezzo dell'hotel è economico. Spero che la stanza sia almeno decente. Se non lo è, darei il posto zero stelle e digraderò ancora di più questa recensione.

Il bellissimo hotel si trova nella città antica di Vilnius. E 'molto nuovo, quindi le attrezzature sono molto buone. La mia camera singola era un po 'piccola, ma basta per una persona e per un soggiorno in città. Il letto era confortevole, ma purtroppo non c'era nessun frigorifero. L'iscrizione è stata molto professionale ed efficiente. L'hotel ha un contratto con un parcheggio vicino, si trova a circa 600 metri a piedi dall'hotel. Per soli 8 euro, può parcheggiare il proprio veicolo lì (in accordo con la reception). Il colazione era in ordine ma era ancora in grado di svilupparsi, per esempio mancava latte normale, e solo latte privo di lattosio che aveva un sapore acido. In tutto, è un bel hotel e lo consiglio a tutti per un soggiorno a Vilnius.

Amo la vista e la stanza che avrei avuto. Il colazione era anche senza problemi e molto conveniente. La stanza stessa era spaziosa e confortevole. Concierge era amichevole e utile. Devo solo commentare il servizio della stanza che era un po' lento. E'stato strano che avessi prenotato una camera da donna per 2 persone, ma i prodotti della stanza erano preparati solo per 1 px. come 1 paio di bagni, scarpe, tostapane.

L'albergo, di recente ristrutturazione, si trova a pochi passi dalla strada pedonale principale, in ottima posizione. Le camere sono ampie e arredate con gusto. Hotel storico di Vilnius ma recentemente tirato a lucido, e devo dire con fatto ed intelligenza perché l'atmosfera e gli stili del passato si sono fusi perfettamente nel contesto attuale. Si trova su una delle vie principali della capitale, ad un tiro di schioppo dalle principali attrazioni cittadine. Appena si entra si ha una sensazione di estrema pulizia e ordine, molto gentile e disponibile il personale della reception. Camera non enorme ma pulitissima, con tutti i comfort, bagno spazioso con tutte le dotazioni che possono essere utili al viaggiatore di passaggio. Nonostante fossi al primo piano sul lato della strada principale, la buona insonorizzazione non ci ha fatto pervenire rumori troppo molesti dall'esterno. Gustosa anche la prima colazione (a partire dalle ore 8, un po' troppo tardi secondo me), unico neo forse (parlo da buon italiano) molto abbondante nella parte salata, un po' meno in quella dolce, ma all'estero soprattutto al nord ho visto di peggio. A mio giudizio, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Amo la vista e la stanza che avrei avuto. Il colazione era anche senza problemi e molto conveniente. La stanza stessa era spaziosa e confortevole. Concierge era amichevole e utile.
