Non consiglio il massaggio in camera - è qualche volta più alto dei prezzi stradali e il massaggio che avevo era davvero più di un semplice cadere con olio, il massaggiatore non sembrava sapere punti di pressione in tutto e si è presentata in una camicia che ha detto ”Servizi di lavanderia alberghiere”.

L'hotel è molto stile, il vecchio stile di casa, molto estremamente scintillante, e la piscina è grande.Vivo molto tranquillo.La stanza è ancora grande, è tutto vecchi mobili di legno rosso, molto stile coloniale.L'hotel ha un Spa, ma non c'è più alle nove della notte.L'hotel è un po'vecchio, ma molto pulito e dolce. La colazione è ancora buona, la colazione occidentale è pura e semplice. In particolare, il servizio della reception è davvero buono e il costo è paziente.L'intero servizio inglese dell'hotel non è cinese.La carenza cinese è particolarmente frequente nella piscina.

Large, decent room with a beautiful view of the Mekong. But a mattress as hard as a plank of wood, air conditioning barely working, dark lighting with 5W bulbs, the lack of hot water in the bathroom, and the loud noise from the road below made my 14 days stay unpleasant. This was reinforced by very, very basic food, always the same at each meal, with poor quality products (tasteless meat, sometimes giving the impression of eating cardboard). Don't hope to have any reduction, or gift, even small. I broke a glass and I was asked to pay 6 $ to replace it (the real cost is 0,8$). However, at the same time, I paid 910$ for my stay. I was there in a particular context, since I did about forty when I entered Laos. So my comments on the food do not relate to the restaurants at this hotel. But this is a hotel that I would not go back to and that I do not recommend

My family and I stayed here for our last 2 nights in Vientiane and we were not disappointed. Upon checking in we were greeted by refreshing cold drinks. The check in process was incredibly smooth. The hotel staff helped us move our bags to our two adjoining rooms. Our rooms overlooked the garden/pond and was extremely cozy. I only wished we had stayed longer. The pool was amazing! I found it rare to get deep pool that is swimmable in Laos and Thailand and this one did not disappoint! It was perfect. We were able to get poolside service too. We also dined at the restaurant and our dinner and drinks were great. It is hard to find nice cocktails in SEA outside of the major hotels and Green Park’s dry martini did not disappoint. My parents liked the hotel so much they even joined us the following night and rented their own room right next to ours. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back to stay here since we have family in Laos. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Cleanliness: Generalmente molto pulita. Non sicuramente quando è aperto, ma sembra tutto nuovo e bello. Dimensione della camera: Una piccola area compresa da un desktop. Amenità: C'è una bella piscina, anche se non ho tempo da usare. Sarebbe fantastico in giorni caldi. Può anche guidare una bici per $2 al giorno. Posizione: E' fuori città in una zona tranquilla. Non era un problema per me, perché stavo cercando un posto tranquillo per un buon sonno, ma la posizione potrebbe essere un problema se si vuole essere nel centro della città con molte opzioni di ristorante. Hanno un autobus gratuito due volte al giorno alle 6 e 7 pm. Alternativamente, possono andare a bici sotto 10 min. Non hanno provato, ma sono sicuro che saranno felici di aiutare se si richiede un taxi o tuktuk. In generale: considerando il prezzo, è stato un grande soggiorno per me.

Very good vacation hotel, convenient location not far from the center of Vientiane City, the front desk service is polite and warm, the room is spacious, clean and hygienic, the first floor has a swimming pool, tennis court, and a small garden, the green plant is very good, although the breakfast restaurant is a little smaller, the breakfast is not much, but the product and taste are good. Overall good, worth recommending!

Good business hotel, ok location. But you need a transportation to move around as the hotel transportation is higher than the local standard. No Grubhub nor Uber. Nice spacious room w a shower (trip.com stare “no private bath” I was worried but it meant “no bath tub”. Nice pool on the 5th floor w jets (staff will start when any guests are in the pool”. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Cons are: if you take a shower on 5th, entire floor will be wet ….. design error I guess.

I’m a big fan of the IBIS Accor Group brand. As a Peace Corps Volunteer, in Armenia, the IBIS Yerevan Center was my home away from home. I stayed there so often that the front desk gave me birthday and Christmas presents. So, you can understand why IBIS has a warm place in my heart. That feelings is the main reason I selected the IBIS Vientiane Nam Phu Hotel. I booked nine days. My first reservation was for two nights, immediately followed by a reservation for another seven. When I checked in, I asked the front desk if the hotel could book my train ticket from Vientiane to Vang Vieng. The answer was yes. The hotel just needed 48 hours notice. Two days before my trip, I returned to the front desk. A photo of my passport was taken. I didn’t need to pay, until the ticket was purchased. I wanted a first class ticket. The hotel had to wait until they actually purchased the ticket to know what to charge me. If first class was all booked, they would need to purchase the cheaper second class ticket. When my first class ticket arrived I was charged 400,000 Baht. That’s twice the cost of the ticket. I was told it was a service charge and that I would have to pay an additional 200,000 Baht for the taxi to the train station. The morning of my departure, the taxi driver picked me up and drove me to the station. I exited the car and paid him the agreed price. He shook his head no. He wanted more money. I gathered my two bags and sat on the curb, as the driver continued to ask for more money. I finally said, “You can take me back to the hotel!” He then called the hotel. After about ten minutes, the driver apologized, got in his car, and drove away. It not that I was taken for 200,000 to 300,000 additional Baht. I’m American. I have enough money to travel to a foreign country and book a hotel room for nine days. I’m a mark! I get that. So, I just paid. I’m disappointed in having to give the Accor Group such a negative rating and the need to warn fellow travelers about the staff at this particular IBIS hotel.

Check in date : 25th August 2022. Check out date : 26th August 2022. Location : The hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of Vientiane. It is within walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane and there are nice restaurants around. The junction at the end of the road has a convenience store. We booked LOCA car from the airport and it just costs 100,000 LAK. The area is not too busy but it is just near to the main the main road. Within walking distance, tourists can walk to Sisaket and Night Market. But we opt out for the motorcycle. Reception : The recep area is small but nicely decorated with wooden furniture. We arrived around 8am and the well spoken English receptionist welcomed us warmly. She also direct us to the luggage area and we got to keep our luggage before check in time. Before I depart from my home country, I texted the owner about motorcycle rental. The owner kindly replied me and arranged for us the motorcycle rental that only costs 50,000 LAK per day (which is super cheap). When we arrived, the motorcycle was ready. All in all, I felt welcome in the hotel. Room : My room is in the second floor. It has an amazing courtyard view. The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and clean. The AC works very well. The bed are large and comfy. An electric kettle was provided and 2 mineral waters are there for us. The towels are fresh and the wardrobe is big enough for us to store our rucksacks. Around the hotel : It is a very small but well run hotel. The hotel is clean and spotless. The courtyard is very amazing and the resting area gives a very tranquil vibe. There is a limited space motorcycle parking rental. The hotel also seems very quiet and looks like a very good resting/working place. There are no elevator around so disable people had to reconsider booking here or you can opt for ground floor room right in front of the courtyard. We checked out around 6am the next day so we didnt get to try the breakfast. Satisfaction : We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists.

Hotel in stile che si distacca dagli hotel sfarzosi ma impersonali dei dintorni, le camere sono molto grandi e pulite e tutto l'hotel è un tripudio di teak. La posizione è perfetta perché si trova di fronte alla piazza della fontana ma in una laterale della via principale del centro più silenziosa, e si possono raggiungere in 5/10 minuti a piedi praticamente tutte le principali attrazioni del centro come il Wat Sisaket, il palazzo presidenziale e il lungo fiume. Il That Luang è a neanche 10 minuti di tuk tuk. Locali per mangiare e bere a volontà dovunque nei dintorni. Personale giovane e gentile anche per organizzare transfer verso aeroporto /stazione. Colazione con proposte asiatiche, menù continentali ben preparati, frutta e pane tostato e marmellata

I recently stayed at Bloom Boutique in Vientiane and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated amidst a plethora of restaurants and cafes, and is within walking distance to the night markets. The room at Bloom Boutique is also tastefully done and clean. However, my stay was marred by a disappointing encounter with the hotel's service. I informed the staff the night before for our breakfast to be packed as we were rushing to catch a train; to my dismay, I was handed cold croissants straight from the fridge that morning. When I questioned the quality, the staff's response was disheartening. He snapped at me, muttered something in Lao & took away the bag of cold croissants, presumably to address the issue. However, after waiting for ten minutes, there was no sign of him. Faced with no other choice & no other staff around, I had to leave without breakfast to catch my train. Despite its potential, Bloom Boutique needs to improve its service to provide a more satisfying guest experience.

Molto bella proprietà e grande valore per il denaro. È vicino al fiume con molti ristoranti e bar vicino. La piscina al tetto è un grande modo di raffreddare dopo aver esplorato la città tutto il giorno. I dipendenti del desk front sono super amici e utili. Mi piaceva tutto sul mio soggiorno. Prenoterò una stanza qui la prossima volta che sarò in città e lo consiglierò a tutti gli amici che viaggiano in VTE.
