Ci sono appena stata, avevamo una camera stupenda, al sesto piano, angolare con sue magnifiche finestre ovali affacciate sul centro storico di Vienna. Bellissimo! Hotel strategico come posizione per muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici, architettura iper moderna tra palazzi antichi, molto suggestiva. Gentilissimo il personale, pulitissime le stanze, materasso fantastico e ricambi di biancheria molto frequenti. Hanno una convenzione molto conveniente con un garage vicinissimo. Nel pomeriggio, a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente, una saletta con te’ caffe, altre bevande calde e fredde, dolci e frutta. Molto comodo e gradevole. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché non siamo abituati a mangiare al mattino. Esperienza molto positiva e camera veramente stupenda.

Hotel in posizione perfetta e centralissima, a due passi da Santo Stefano. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera Grand Deluxe, molto curata, pulitissima, accessoriata e silenziosissima. Il personale è molto accogliente, professionale e disponibile per ogni necessità. La colazione non è a buffet ed è organizzata a menù che comprendono diverse portate dolci e salate ma con poca varietà sul dolce, ovvero non aspettatevi torte o diversi tipi di brioches, piuttosto una maggior presenza di prodotti salati (anche a pagamento rispetto alla colazione compresa nella tariffa giornaliera). Unico ”disguido”, abbiamo provato a prenotare una cena al ristorante DOTS all'interno dell'hotel, ma quando ci siamo presentati ci era stato riservato un piccolo tavolino fuori dalla sala principale e in una posizione di passaggio, pertanto abbiamo preferito andare altrove. Poco male poiché lo stile del ristorante ci è parso in controtendenza rispetto a quello dell'hotel, ovvero musica ad altissimo volume e scarsa atmosfera. Malgrado quanto sopra, riteniamo l'hotel una soluzione perfetta per visitare Vienna, magari facendo colazione in pasticceria se preferite i dolci.

C'è una delle camere è una stanza di tetto di sei strati. Se ti dispiace che l'effetto di luce mattina non sia ideale, non riesci a dormire bene. Non scegliere. L'hotel nel suo complesso ha un buon senso, un buon senso di progettazione, un buon ambiente nel ristorante per la colazione, ho provato anche la cena, buon prodotto. Attraverso la comunicazione, l'hotel ha cambiato il tipo di camera il giorno dopo, è tutto il fascio di luce, e risolve completamente il problema che influenza il sonno. Il servizio complessivo è anche buono.La posizione è molto conveniente.Proprio in chiesa, vicino alla strada a piedi.Molto facile camminare per diverse attrazioni.

Molto è cambiato da quando eravamo lì 8 anni fa. Invece di ONYX-BAR ora c'è un ristorante. Anche il buffet della colazione è stato abolito. Mi piacciono ancora molto le stanze, solo la macchia d'acqua sul soffitto avrebbe potuto essere rinnovata. Difetto era il terzo letto che veniva aggiunto, più simile a un modello di lettino da campo. I materiali di consumo venivano sempre riforniti in modo da poter preparare il caffè quando volevamo. L'ho davvero apprezzato.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in questo hotel, e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la pulizia delle camere, il mantenimento delle case ha fatto un lavoro eccezionale, assicurandosi che tutto fosse in ordine e mantenendo un alto livello di pulizia durante il mio soggiorno. Uno dei punti di vista di questo hotel è stato il minibar complimentare. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa constatare che non solo è stato immagazzinato con una varietà di bevande e snack, ma anche che ho avuto la possibilità di personalizzare i prodotti secondo le mie preferenze personali. Questo livello di flessibilità e di attenzione alla soddisfazione degli ospiti è stato davvero impressionante. Il servizio fornito dal personale dell'hotel era un altro punto di riferimento della mia permanenza, che era veramente caldo, accogliente e sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi domanda o richiesta che avevo. La colazione dell'hotel è stata una piacevole esperienza, soprattutto la colazione austriaca offerta. La varietà di piatti, tra cui i preferiti austriaci tradizionali, è stata un trattamento. La qualità del cibo era eccellente, e il personale attento si assicurava che tutto fosse riempito in fretta, ed era un modo per iniziare ogni giorno della mia permanenza.

L'hotel è in una buona è posizione. Vicino alla fermata della linea S7 che parte dall'aeroporto, praticamente accanto al Belvedere, assolutamente da visitare! Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel c'è anche un buon pub/birrificio dove mangiare cucina tipica e bere una buona birra, oltre ad un piccolo supermercato ”Billa”. Davanti all'hotel passa la linea 71 del tram che vi conurrà (ogni 7 minuti) al centro per poi procedere nelle direzioni desiderate agevolmente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza di medie dimensioni, comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottima la colazione sia docle che salata, apprezzati soprattutto le preparazioni biologiche come il miele e le confetture, oltre ad uno spremiagrumi dal quale prepararsi sane spremute.

Wow!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior suite. We had an incredible view of the city and Belvedere palace. Even if we had not been upgraded, our stay would have been wonderful!! The hotel is beautiful. The wellness facility is great. We used the sauna several times during our stay. The hotel had a variety of snacks and beverages available in the lobby. The workers at the front desk were delightful! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our bed was two twins pushed together which did not bother us. Our room had many big windows which let in lots of natural light. The location worked well for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were so saddened that we had to leave! I highly, highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is great, as it’s walking distance to a lot of Viennas most visited sites and also a close distance from the subway, which can take you further out from the city centre. The room was also good, although a bit small, but no real complaint, just an observation. What brings this hotel down is the breakfast. There’s nothing done right in there. The coffee is bad (which I don’t get, because they have a fancy espresso machine up front, but they get the coffee from the back?!), the scrambled eggs are bad, the juice is bad… Everything just feels cheap and without any thought. With a better breakfast, this would be a really really good hotel. A bit of a shame.

I've been staying at Pension City since 1991 when I came to Vienna for a 5 month extended stay after college, and have always come back to stay here ever since. Back then I stayed in a small but perfectly appointed twin room at a price affordable enough for five months. Now I get to bring my partner and kid and friends to stay in some of the larger rooms right in the center of old Vienna. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The rooms are a great size, the bathrooms small but efficient, great water pressure in the showers, towel warmers for cold mornings, windows that open wide onto the city (something you can't find in the US anymore). The rooms are like Vienna - modern living with an old world heart. A few specifics worth pointing out - - You can't get any closer to the city center for this price. Literally a handful of steps to Stephansplatz and the city center. - The restaurant in the same building - Wrenkh - is one of the loveliest in the city. I've also been coming here since 1991! They've been doing sustainable farm to table cooking since long before it was in fashion. - All the great coffee houses are moments away on foot (Hawelka use maybe 5 mins to walk to). Same for the best schnitzel (Figlmuller and Reinthaler's also 5 mins on foot). - Their management and staff are a DREAM to work with. We communicated via WhatsApp leading up to our stay, which was incredibly helpful as there were two families staying in three rooms, and being able to talk live was so helpful. We were also able to chat during our stay on a few small things that needed attention (one of the toilets was having an issue, which they immediately fixed for us while we were out). - There is a small fridge in each room full of free water which is a lovely touch. Since covid, breakfast does not come with the room - which just means you get to enjoy from a million wonderful spots in the city ;-) In terms of areas for improvement, the only one I'd share is that it would be nice for the twin beds, when joined to become a larger bed for a couple, to be actually joined together so they can't move apart. This is a very small thing to fix and certainly very easy to work around. I have enjoyed three decades in this place and my kid, now a teenager, has just had her first decade of visits. And we're already planning our next trip back ♥️

Buona posizione, vicino alle stazioni di metropolitana e di una varietà di negozi di cibo. La stanza individuale è abbastanza piccola rispetto a quello che viene pagato per il. Le ore di pulizia sono spesso diverse, quindi la stanza può o non può essere pulita al momento del ritorno. La colazione è abbastanza variabile e buona. La zona di cibo è abbastanza spaziosa e comoda. Lei gioca contro che ti chiedono ogni mattina il numero di camera quando scendete per colazione, Internet è relativamente mediocre e devi accedere a lui ogni 24 ore. Il bagno è abbastanza piccolo e scomodo. Il bagno è complicato e quando si termina di fare una doccia il pisello del bagno finirà quasi inondato.

La posizione è buona. Tutti alla reception e il maggiordomo sono stati molto gentili. La colazione è molto adatta con lattuga e foglie giovani, perché l'unica verdura verde è il cetriolo. Quando ho spiegato che non potevo fare colazione perché ero uscito presto la mattina dopo, ero grato di provare a fornire una colazione semplice, ma per me era troppo presto la mattina. Ho sentito che il mio amico vive in un hotel vicino. Invece di fare colazione, mangia frutta e pranzo, quindi se esiste un servizio del genere, sarebbe meglio. Vivo da solo, quindi sono felice di sentirti alla reception. Grazie per l'aiuto.
