The hotel is located in good location with beautiful view from the room. Not far from the city. Staffs were very nice and very good customer service

Super recommend to book a room with balcony with mountain view. Sunsets are stunning! Room was always clean. Aliza from reception was very friendly and helpful.

For the price, the stay was okay. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was just okay. The bar service was not active and there is no restaurant on the premises to have lunch or dinner. During my stay it was raining heavily so it was inconvenient to leave the hotel to get food. The pool and view is beautiful. The location is great too. Walking distance to the walking street.

Good location, clean room and facilities near shopping center

Need to replace new aircon because its too old and small, not enough for the room, it is too hot also especially this summer season.

這是我住過最無法讓人好好休息的酒店，看圖片以為很安靜修養的地方才訂的，想不到連續兩天無法安靜休息，早上8點鐘轟轟隆隆的電鑽聲吵醒，不停歇的吵，關鍵早上裝修下午不裝，就是活生生不讓人睡好覺，本來外面下雨衹能躲酒店想好好睡覺的，一刻不能停，外面是河，水上游船每過一條，發動機聲音也巨大，走的時候發現就在我樓上一層裝修，酒店明知道樓上肯定吵，還不把我房間弄遠點，完全不顧客人死活的，wifi 睡在床頭一點都沒有，每次連了又斷，還要跑去陽台找網絡，住的極度焦慮，完全沒休息好，靠河濕氣還重，一直被水上活動吵，泳池上面浮多少臟東西也不清理，綠色的水，不知道好評從哪裡來的
