La stanza è piccola e le strutture sono molto vecchie! Il servizio alla reception era nella media, mi era stato assegnato un piano molto basso, la camera era esposta a nord e non c'era alcuna vista! Ho usato un software di traduzione per fargli capire che volevo due cuscini in lattice, lui non riusciva a capirmi e ha capito che c'erano due letti nella stanza... sono rimasta davvero senza parole... ero molto, molto insoddisfatta questo soggiorno! Mi sento ingannato... Riesci a pensare a come compensarmi? Grazie…

È la prima volta che do una recensione negativa. Lo Sheraton Osaka è l'hotel con il peggior servizio di tutto il viaggio. L'aria condizionata è rumorosa e inefficace. La fibbia dell'antifurto è rotta. Le strutture sono obsolete. È un vecchio dopo tutto, ma la cosa mi fa arrabbiare ancora di più. Non c'è nessun servizio. Dopo una giornata fuori, sono tornato e ho scoperto che la stanza non era stata pulita e l'acqua minerale non era stata rifornita. Ho chiamato la reception per chiedere consiglio e ci hanno detto che le pulizie avrebbero dovuto essere pagate a parte. Sono stato in Giappone molte volte e sostanzialmente ho soggiornato in hotel a cinque stelle. In un hotel, questa è la prima volta che sento che c'è un costo aggiuntivo per le pulizie. Pessima recensione! ! !

It was several days after being bitten by mites in the hotel, the second night I stayed there, this kind of red rash appeared. Later, I asked my friend and found out that it was caused by mites. It was a really bad experience. Actually, as soon as I entered the room, I smelled a musty odor and I kept a small window open all the time.

This is an old hotel, no Aircon... While located at metro, it is not exactly a direct metro from major stations. However it is decently sized and priced.

Stayed in the same hotel whenever I have my business trip to Osaka due to the convenience.

Nearly shisabashi, just walk there 20 mins, there are many food n funny places to have fun. Not bad at all.

Location is convenient as it is above the train station. Breakfast could be better as for a 5 stars hotel.

We stayed 6 nights at Sheraton , first 3 nights were upgraded to premium room but the other 3 nights after we back from Kyoto was to normal room , however they have provided everything we need eg like shower chair fir elderly . Very good and thoughtful services , central location and can go everywhere easily . Many eateries n Kintetsu departmental stores n Hihi town n Newly yufura shopping ctr all around the hotel .

staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met, offering helpful local recommendations. We love the lounge access!!

Easy location to metro, reasonable parking fee if you drive. Easy assess to many tourist locations, comfortable bed and good pillows, many options for food.

Very easy access to location from both Itami or Kansas airport by limousine bus service. Below the lobby is the kintetsu line (to Nara) & 2 metro subway line. Shopping mall with varieties of food & supermarket.

Not aware it’s an eco plan when booking in which no daily room cleaning. Some dust noted at the ceiling. Otherwise good.
