Hotel in zona Sticky's Candy Hastings, Vancouver

Questo è il nostro secondo anno in fila di prenotazione al Element Metrotown Burnaby per i nostri tornei di calcio. Roxanne in prenotazioni di gruppo era super utile e fantastico a lavorare con perché mi ha aiutato a organizzare l'alloggio. Non ho idea di cosa stavo facendo. Rafael al divano era amichevole, utile e ricordava tutto. La posizione era eccellente con molte opzioni alimentari, pasticche e un centro commerciale. Le camere erano spaziose e splendide con grandi viste. La cucina con frigorifero completo è molto conveniente per 4 occupazioni. Le letti sono anche molto confortevoli. Arriveremo sicuramente a questo hotel.

Wonderful hotel, great location. Very clean, good view from room and good breakfast too. Had a very comfortable stay.

My second time on this Hotel and location wise would be the best feature. Rooms are acceptable but already degrading since last year. Old and small.

L'iatt era sorprendente con un grande servizio dal momento in cui camminavamo in porta, e potevamo lasciare il bagaglio mentre aspettavamo la nostra stanza, per poter esplorare la città. Ci sono stati meravigliosi e ci sono stati puliti i nostri asciugamani e le nostre letti ogni giorno, la piscina all'aperto e il tubo caldo sono stati un luogo di benvenuto dopo lunghi giorni di cammino. L'unico punto di svolta è stato la mancanza di accesso al ristorante. Un ristorante è a malapena aperto e l'altro è così alto prezzo e non consegna alla tua stanza. Grazie a Dio Skip the Dishes è stata un'opzione. Starbucks proprio nel lobby, non può andare male con questo!!

Il paradosso è stato finora la migliore esperienza di ospite e servizio che abbiamo avuto negli anni, dalla ricezione, dal servizio in camera al valletto. Sono amichevoli, estremamente utili, ci sono dettagli che non penserete mai a pavimenti riscaldati nel bagno, aria floreale filtrata nel lavandino. Proprio nel centro della città, tutto è a piedi, le camere sono assolutamente un'oasi nel centro di una metropolitana.

First of all, very clean! We loved our stay at this hotel. It is a very well-serviced hotel with nice and trained staff. The room was very comfortable, and the access to the club was so super convenient. The view of the city is just stunning. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Vancouver again. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Il nostro soggiorno è iniziato molto bene. Il personale del Front Desk era molto amichevole e ci ha lasciato controllare in anticipo. Ho fatto una doccia prima di andare al concerto che eravamo in città e ho scoperto che il tubo era stato piazzato e il tubo non era disturbato. Ho ricevuto un tx prima chiedendo come usare la stanza e di testo se abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa. Quindi io di testo che il tubo era sta svanendo. Non ho ricevuto una risposta e ho lasciato la stanza per uscire. Pensavamo che sarebbe tornato indietro il disastro, ma invece non è tornato a nulla; siamo andati al divano per chiedere a un piastrelle di provare a correggersi come era stata 7 ore e ancora nessuna risposta. Abbiamo cercato di mettere in contatto il drenaggio, ma non ha aiutato. Quando siamo tornati al pistone, la persona del desktop ci ha offerto un'altra stanza, ma essere fuori pj's e dopo mezzanotte siamo rimasti in camera. Dicono che la manutenzione sarebbe tornata alle 7:00. Andammo a controllare alle 11:00, ma non c'era risposta a tx e nessuna persona di manutenzione per riparare il tubo. La persona di ufficio ci scusò e ci offriva buoni per il colazione per il ristorante. Andammo al ristorante, ma ci darebbero solo bacon o salsa e uova. Essere vegane e vegetariani che non andava a lavorare. Il ristorante ha detto che non potevano offrire altro. Abbiamo tornato al divano frontale e il manager non permetterebbe alla persona divano di fare altro per se non volevamo McDonald’s. Sto guardando in attesa di tornare a casa stasera per fare la doccia.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. Il nostro soggiorno era solo per una notte prima di prendere un volo internazionale. L'hotel era un luogo fantastico per un buon riposo prima di viaggiare. Il personale era estremamente amichevole e professionale. La stanza era pulita, moderna e confortevole con un bagno incredibile. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino e il mercato notturno locale e il centro commerciale sono a piedi. L'aeroporto è a soli 5 minuti di auto dalle porte frontali. Si consiglia molto di questo hotel se avete bisogno di un posto per soggiornare prima di viaggiare.

The facility is a little old. The bedside light burnt out when i was reading and the plug of the electric kettle wasn't working. Other than these small things, all was good. Shuttle service is recommendable and there are interesting restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Tried a Chinese noodle place called ban but xian. The food was so tasty.
