Hotel vicini a Steam Clock a Vancouver

Questo è perfettamente adatto per il mio soggiorno di una notte prima di un crociera. La posizione è facilmente accessibile dal treno dall'aeroporto e meno di un chilometro dal terminale di crociera. Non è fritte, ma pulito. Ho avuto un bagno condiviso, che era un problema, ma era buono, e tu condividi il bagno con un altro e li sentirai li', ma, ancora una volta, è stata una notte. C'era un bagno in camera che era buono perché non avevi bisogno di un bagno per la tostatura dei denti, ecc. Se facessi di nuovo una notte a Vancouver, sarei tornato.

I phoned ahead when booking my stay to ensure there was a hot tub. The agent o the phone said there was but failed to mention it was being repaired and was not available for use during my stay. Why else would I ask? When I was I the room I called down to find out where the hot tub was located and they told me where it was but still failed to mention that it was under maintenance. It wasn't until I wasted my time going to the 3rd floor to use it that I found out when I got there that it was out of service. If I had known this, I would have booked elsewhere this information should have been updated to the booking agencies and on their online bookings. The breakfast could definitely be better, under cooked sausage patties is not appealing. Otherwise, the rooms are nice and clean and the coffee is good.

Grdat room con grandi servizi! Ho prenotato una stanza sbagliata che non ha una cucina nella stanza per il mio lungo soggiorno, il desk front ha consegnato una mircowave nella mia stanza per poter riscaldare il cibo nella stanza. Ecco la vista d'autunno fuori dalla finestra...

Il nostro soggiorno era solo per una notte prima di prendere un volo internazionale. L'hotel era un luogo fantastico per un buon riposo prima di viaggiare. Il personale era estremamente amichevole e professionale. La stanza era pulita, moderna e confortevole con un bagno incredibile. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino e il mercato notturno locale e il centro commerciale sono a piedi. L'aeroporto è a soli 5 minuti di auto dalle porte frontali. Si consiglia molto di questo hotel se avete bisogno di un posto per soggiornare prima di viaggiare.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, la stanza è molto pulita, l'ambiente è tranquillo e confortevole, il rapporto prezzo è eccezionale.

The room it self was great and the views and location is also great. The only bad thing was the gym and one of the staff in the breakfast area. Im not gonna mention her name but she really liked bossing around and shush people :)

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. Il momento in cui sono entrato nel lobby e sono stato accolto dal personale, sapevo che sarebbe stato un viaggio incredibile. Inizialmente, la posizione è sorprendente. Camminare a tanti ristoranti, negozi di caffè e negozi. Il mio primo concierge, Alexander, mi ha raccontato molto sulla storia di alcuni edifici e mi ha raccomandato di andare tutti. Ha anche compiuto un passo in più per camminare con me e il mio amico a Palate Kitchen intorno all’angolo per assicurarsi che non ci siamo persi e ci ha presentati all’ospite. Il servizio clienti è stato così incredibile che non ho mai vissuto, anche quando sono stati a 5 stelle altri hotel. Tutte le raccomandazioni dei siti per vedere rendevano il nostro viaggio assolutamente perfetto . L'agente del servizio di fronte della notte mi ha offerto anche acqua e mi ha offerto di chiamare un camion quando il mio Uber ha cancellato il mio volo alle cinque. L'altro impiegato che ha trasferito il mio bagaglio nella macchina, mi ha portato la notte in pioggia e mi ha aspettato fuori fino a quando non erano lì. La stanza era senza spot e così bella.La custodia ha fatto un lavoro straordinario. Abbiamo anche ricevuto una carta scritta a mano con Rose al momento dell'arrivo, nonché i biglietti per colazione e il check-in precoce. Grazie tante al personale per aver fatto la mia vacanza così magica. Non posso aspettare di fare riferimento ai miei amici in vacanza per soggiornare in questo hotel. Che esperienza speciale! Anche il colazione e il ristorante è stato fenomenale !

Hotel located near the metro and McDonalds, just opposite there is a mall and a chinese/international supermarket. There are also many restaurants in walking distance. The lobby, gym, and room are a little old but overall quite clean. Best part of the stay was the bed - super soft and comfortable! However, there wasn’t any amenities such as toothbrush, comb, or facial puffs (there wasn’t any in the room and we brought our own anyway so we didn’t ask for it). Hotel shuttle from the airport was late (we had to use the free call booth) but the departure to the airport was okay.

We went to Canada for business purposes. Each of us had a room on a different floor - I ended up on the 7th floor and a room with a mountain view. A colleague ended up lower and there was already only a view of the shopping center. But these are not aspects of the hotel's rating. I subtract one star for the dry air and buzzing air conditioner in the room. The rest OK. Breakfasts correct, service courteous.
