I had a great stay at this hostel! The staff is available 24/7, which made my late check-in hassle-free, and the design of the place is really refreshing and inviting.

0. The service of the sinor from the front desk was great, but that was all the positive comment. 1. The room has AC but inside my bed with curtain closed was extremely hot. Too many mosquitos. I cannot sleep well. 2. The room for shower was small and the lights were controlled by sensors. I had two blackouts and had to came out naked so that the sensor could feel me. The water was too hot and I attempted to adjust the temperature but failed. 3. SOME ONE ATE ALL MY THREE BREAD I RESERVED FOR BREAKFAST IN THE HOSTEL FRIDGE. THIS WAS UNTOLERATEABLE! NEVER BACK TO THIS PLACE AND VALENCIA AGAIN FOR THAT!

Not every bed has privacy curtains. The room type provided was not the same as i chose on the website. Cleaning staff used kitchen paper towels for the bathroom, which is not eco-friendly. The booking process promised that after uploading my passport, I would automatically receive check-in instructions and could skip waiting at the front desk. However, I never received any instructions, which left me feeling uneasy about what happened to my passport information. In the end, I had to wait at the front desk for almost 30 minutes to check in.

Fatal. Me han robado y tuve que llamar a la policía y esperando estoy. Haber si las cámaras dan con quien me a robado el monedero con toda la documentación y el dinero q tenía.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und die Privatsphäre durch die Vorhänge an den Betten ist wirklich ein Plus.

A pesar de que no hay desayunos ni cocina, el espacio está bien equipado con microondas y refrigeradores, lo que facilita calentar comidas. ¡Lo recomendaría!

Completamente HORRIBLE!!!!! Si sos mujer te recomiendo NO IR a este lugar. Mi experiencia fue terriblemente mala. Llegué al lugar la entrada ya era rara, con hombres en grupo… al entrar me dijeron que en la habitación que había reservado ya no había lugar, me ubicaron en una habitación solamente con hombres. Pase una situación horrible que no le deseo a nadie. Este lugar no es recomendable para dormir ni una sola una noche!
