La pulizia era nella media e la camera era spaziosa, ma il problema più grande era il rumore forte, che rendeva impossibile dormire. Il personale addetto alla manutenzione ha detto che le persone si lamentavano spesso del fatto che il rumore provenisse dal condizionatore dell'edificio governativo accanto e che non potevano permettersi di fare causa. Quindi, perché dovremmo pagarlo noi, i consumatori? Alle 2 del mattino, dopo molte difficoltà, ci hanno spostato in una camera business class, che a loro dire era più rumorosa. Il rumore era relativamente accettabile e questa è diventata la soluzione negoziata dall'hotel. Se non mi avessero spostato a mezzanotte, avrei dovuto dormire per strada? Questo prezzo non è quello che applicherebbe un hotel di fascia bassa, giusto? La mattina dopo, ho chiesto una soluzione e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato 100 yuan, ma avrebbero annullato la mia prenotazione su Ctrip. Stavano essenzialmente usando 100 yuan per farmi tacere, impedendomi di dire la verità. Preferisco non tenere i 100 yuan. A tutt'oggi, l'azienda si è rifiutata di rispondere alle mie chiamate del 9 giugno. Sono un turista e davano per scontato che non avrei fatto un secondo acquisto. Quindi mi ignorano e basta? Alla fine mi hanno scritto una lettera offrendosi di aiutarmi. Finora non ho ricevuto risposta dall'hotel, il che è davvero un peccato per lo Xinjiang! Non so se si sente il suono in questo video. Non è sicuramente il suono di un elettrodomestico. Il suono a questa frequenza è molto stridente. Mi pento di non averlo registrato quando è arrivato il personale.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. But the room is not cleaned properly as there is dust at the sides and corners of the room. Location is very good as you can find easily food, transportation and do some shopping. About 20 minutes on foot to International Grand Bazaar or one station away by subway. Across the hotel, there is a small shopping mall.

The Jianzhi Hotel (Urumqi People's Square) offers a fantastic stay, especially if you're a couple. Its prime location by People's Square makes exploring Urumqi a breeze. Our fancy room was both stylish and comfortable, with a stand-out excellent bathtub – perfect for unwinding. The overall ambiance is ideal for a romantic getaway. The only real drawback was the breakfast. While tasty, it lacked variety, particularly for international guests. More global options would greatly improve the morning experience. Despite the breakfast, the Jianzhi Hotel's location, stylish rooms, and superb bathtub make it a strong recommendation for a comfortable and elegant stay in Urumqi.

Great location very close to the metro station. Rooms are large. Just make sure if you are not a smoker to let them know as some rooms smell of smoke. They kindly moved me to one that didn’t and it was a great stay

Quite an unassuming hotel on the outside but pretty new and modern inside with good amenities and comfortable beds.

Ideal location next to a subway station and various shops. Friendly and pleasant staff. Modern, clean room with comfortable bedding. Simple breakfast at a very affordable price. We had a very good time 👍
