Good amenities (a gym, breakfast, laundry (need translation app)). Breakfast has a bit fewer options than other Starway hotels. Location is good with a subway station 500m away. KTV is across the street and some restaurants downstairs. Also has a delivery robot for anyone ordering takeaway.

The city was really very good and it was wonderful. Many food hotels or nearby and also the metro station is very close by I love my stay at this hotel okay

Very industrial neighborhood, but close enough to a metro station. Rooms were beautiful and made good use of space. Robot butlers delivered my orders quickly. Checkin staff seemed genuinely happy to see a foreigner. Overall I’d recommend it.

來看周董演唱會的日子，週末大部分南京的酒店都很溢價，這家酒店離市區不遠，而且價格仍然實惠，離附近大學城很近，吃的東西很多

和朋友出行一起住的，房間很乾凈，前台小姐姐服務特別好，而且很熱情，還給免費寄存了行李，我們有落下的東西還給我們打電話，房間忘了拍了，説實話比圖片和評價裏的看着要好，距離地鐵站也很近，去動物園的話推薦可以打車，衹需要10塊錢。附近還有商場也有很多美食，非常推薦。酒店裡的機器人送外賣也很可愛～以後有機會來南京還會選擇這裏入住的！

極差，極差，極其差，給半星都嫌多。首先説價格，非鬧市區，周邊老破小眾多，房價三百多一晚，並不便宜，可無法獲取相應的服務和硬件設施。其次説環境，房間內部設施陳舊，打掃不乾淨，屋內充斥油煙味道，店家無法解決，聲稱樓下開飯店，沒辦法，要將窗户自行關閉。然後説設施。設施極差，電視為網絡電視，竟告知無法連結網絡，調整至電視頻道CCTV無高清，衹能接收部分頻道，店家無法解決。最後説服務，前台某服務員態度極差且強硬，攜程積分預訂時14時退房，竟告知乃華住規定，必須12時退房。攜程，華住都為常用APP，顯然為瞎扯，且面部僵硬語言生硬毫無歉意。絕對不會再來，也好意奉勸各位旅者不選擇性價比極低的酒店。

這家星程確實還可以，挑不出什麼毛病，就是標準的華住會標準，送物服務加機器人還是很好用。就是WiFi質量不行，這個也是挺遺憾的。
