The area is convenient to the Grand Bazaar and Peoples Square. The swimming pool has a good indoor (it is indoor) outdoor vide (floor to ceiling windows). The view from the 31st floor was superb. A happy stay.

Arrived at the hotel after visiting the local vehicle administration office to get my Chinese drivers licence. I required a certificate of residence from the hotel to complete the process. 李艳毅 went out of her way to help me get the document, taking me to the local police station, translating for me and contacting local authorities on my behalf. Thanks to her I was able to successfully get my licence. Hotel is elegant and classy, well furnished rooms and great, helpful staff. Also a good view of the city from the window. Walking distance from main attractions in Ürümqi city.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. All was quite enough for good family trip.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

Food choices are limited. But there are many restaurants around. Good location, spacious and comfortable rooms.

該酒店是老港風酒店愛好者的天堂，雖然開業近30年，客房卻維護的非常好，乾淨整潔、一切井然有序，體現了港資五星酒店該有的風範！你甚至還可以在房間內看到非常老古董但是功能完好的保險箱，可以在消防樓梯間內乘坐到30年前OTIS的進口老電梯，唯一美中不足的是房間內中央空調聲音太大了。 給前台的小陳一個好評。

半夜到酒店，小劉直接給我們升級到套房，值得表揚。房間乾淨、整潔、無異味，滿足了我們的要求。離開時知道我們是晚上的火車，值班經理主動給我們延時到下午四點退房，心裏暖暖的，很貼心。

看了一下大多高分評價的都是被升級房型的。我一個人入住的雙床房，沒有被升級，講一下雙床房的實際入住體驗：房間設施老舊，洗澡葯站在浴缸裏，淋浴頭還是固定不能手持的，入住體驗很不滿意，幸好是此行唯一踩雷的酒店。

酒店位置非常好，性價比高，就在人民廣場旁邊，周邊吃飯非常方便，當天到店較晚，酒店給升級了房間，對此表示感謝！酒店裏還有泳池，這在烏魯木齊市的酒店中不多見。 大堂服務人員都非常禮貌周到，就是客房打掃差了一點，由入住第一天到第四天，沒給我們補充過拖鞋，有一个抽紙沒了也沒補充。 最離譜的是，第四天我看床單睡了三个晚上，有些髒，想想再住兩晚就要走了，就寫了一張紙放在枕頭面“今天請幫忙更換床單被套，謝謝！”晚上回來時發現依舊沒換，但放在枕頭上的字條已被拿走。 這哪是一个五星酒店的客房服務，打掃衛生就是這么敷衍的嗎？ 有些气憤地打電話給前臺，過了十分鈡左右，馬上就有兩名夜班的服務人員上房間更換床單，并一再表示抱歉。

酒店位置很好，有泳池，在烏魯木齊比較少有。多晚去都能停到車。步行500米有條巷子文化路，有簡單的早市，買點水果，瓜子很接地氣。前台阿力木非常nice，感受到了新疆人的熱情。
