We had a good two night stay at Distinction Mackenzie Country Hotel. It was well located and an easy drive to the attractions of Mount Cook Aotaki. The hotel was also well placed for our subsequent drive to Queenstown. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a comfortable stay.

all was good. except absolutely no drinking water was provided in rooms we had no idea. had 2 kids with us. i asked at recption if can buy some. told all is closed after 8pm plz drink room bathroom tap water its safe to drink. so be prepare after 8pm this place is complete shut down specially if u going with kids.

Location was excellent and the front office manager at the check in counter was very nice in giving us advice on what to do around twizel.

Service from one particular reception staff member was terrible and the young girl behind the bar/front of the restaurant was very rude and had terrible customer service

非常不錯的小鎮，安靜但購物吃飯卻很方便，這家酒店也不錯，雖然設施舊一點（鑰匙鎖門），但蠻乾淨的，停車也很方便，適合自駕的朋友住。

마운트쿡 다녀온 후 일박한 곳.워낙 숙소 없는 동네라 쏘쏘하게 고른 곳이라는 점을 기억하여 참고하시면 도움이 될 것이라

我們是提前3個月預訂的，入住當天查看了一下已經沒有空房而且價格也漲了，可能與週末有關。總體來説還可以，早餐很不錯。臨近的普卡基湖很大很漂亮，去庫克山沿着湖邊走。附近的小湖很漂亮，湖水像九寨溝的水，林中很多漂亮的蘑菇。

早上6點旅行團人在房間抽煙把火警鐘弄響了

外部環境還是不錯的，衹是室內設施較為陳舊了。隔音也不是很好，隔壁衞生間裏的風扇聲大的無法入睡。好在我們那天住的絕大多數都是中國人，直接溝通了。值得表揚的事，前台大媽很熱情看到我們箱子大，從二層給換到了一層。

트리플룸 3명이 묵기에 딱 좋았어요. 다만 온수를 아껴서 써야 한다는 문구가 벽에 붙어있어서 좀 놀랐는데, 이용하는 내내 다른 불편함은 없었습니다! 캐리어 3개 넓게 펼칠 수 있는 공간이 있었고 1층 방을 주셔서 바로 앞에 드넓은 잔디가 펼쳐져서 좋았네요! 위치도 좋고 주차도 원활합니다! 와이파이도 잘됐어요! 리셉션에 젊은 여자분도 굉장히 친절하셨습니다 :) 리뷰가 많이 없어서 걱정했는데 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소 입니다!

在小鎮中心位置，方便，衞生，服務態度非常好，推薦選擇這裏作為庫克山探險的落腳點。

酒店很有年代感，小鎮不大，酒店附近有外賣車，買炒麪的餐車做的炒麪味道特別好吃，很多旅行社入住這個酒店。
