The staff we very helpful and friendly. The location is great with only a short walk to most amenities. However, it is a little further from the old city and the area feels like it is developing. The room design is simple but well thought out and what you would expect from Accor brand. The sound proofing was excellent, we didn’t hear anything from the road or from other guests. The bed was firm and comfortable, although the pillows were a little too large without choice for thinner ones. The breakfast was good although a little expensive for such a simple selection. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

This is my first time staying in this hotel. The facilities are very good and close to Maya shopping center and 7-11, which are only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

This was a great hotel! The room was spacious and everything was up to our expectations. There's a cozy restaurant in the lobby. They held our luggage after check-out for pickup later that evening.

Short overnight stay. Chose this hotel due to closeness to Maya Mall. Basic Ibis but much bigger room then usual Ibis room’s worldwide. Free coffee 24/7 was nice. Shower nice strength.

Great hotel overall- I’ve extended my stay a few times now. House keeping team deserves high praise - I needed to rest during the day one day so I put up do not disturb sign only for it to be taken off late in the afternoon. I went out for 30 mins and by the time I came back, they had already cleaned the room and got everything in order. Tip: ask for rooms further in the back. The closer you are to the front staircase, you hear noises from the downstairs kitchen in the mornings.

The location is within the walking distance to nimman road and near the famous breakfast restaurant name ‘koh-phuek koh-dam’ , price also reasonable , hotel has gym and pool whichis very good

Most towels are old and greyish instead of white; also had to inform recep to change leaking shower head & hose; flow of water in bathroom floor outlet is super slow, causing a little flooding during showering.
