A+++ Family Vacation (2 Adults, 3 Kids – 4, 5 and 7). You should not hesitate to book this super lux spot for your next vacation. We chose Conrad Tulum because it was on the CN Traveler best places to go. It did not disappoint. No way for the resort to be any more lux/beautiful or service to be better. Pictures are real and in some cases don’t do the place enough justice. Place is brand new. Further, the “kids club” was critical to our vacation. Shamara, Sehem, Ivette and Ruth all jointly run the kids club. It is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities from 945am-5pm (lunch with parents at Noon). Making pinatas, painting, reading, traditional Mexican art/crafts alongside pool (there is a specific pool about 2.5 feet-3 feet deep which is great for young children), beach, watersport, treasure hunts around the resort, etc. This is a very curated program for kids, exceptional in every aspect and also customizable based on what the kids may want to do. My kids are begging to return. Thank you to the staff at the kids club! Some other outstanding parts of the resort include morning wellness activities on the beach (Rafael is wellness coach speak to him on arrival for schedule/info) and the breakfast restaurant which has countless stations servicing traditional Mexican food cooked to order in front of you by chefs as well as a plethora of recognizable American breakfast items. It is a showstopper. Rivals the best breakfasts at the worlds finest hotels. Other restaurants on site (pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, etc) are all superb. Guacamole, coconuts, champagne, wines all delivered poolside, beachside, etc. All the fine service you would expect. Some suggestions for the future as the hotel is brand new. Fix (or get a new) ATM that dispenses Mexican Peso so Americans can tip your exceptional staff in pesos without paying a silly exchange rate at the front desk. For the watersports company on the beach they need high end equipment to match the character of the hotel. For example, snorkel equipment must be the “dry” snorkels and they should have goggle defogger on site and used prior to each swim – price should be raised to accommodate this. Oscar is the local snorkel guide and he is REALLY GOOD. There is a massive set of coral reefs with tons of fish (some as big as sharks) outside the hotel but accessible only with the best equipment. (bring your own better yet!). Childrens food at the hotel/poolside could improve so that the kids have healthy and LOCAL choices (fruit/veg as sides, fun kid local fruit drink, less of the burger/chicken stuff that is on every menu in the USA). Guacamole ice cream cones (made from tortilla chips, delivered as fun snacks for free every day which the kids loved) were amazing and that should be on the menu! Finally, there are some comments about sea****. They have huge crews that come clean it up every morning (done by about 9/10am). Its not a nuisance. Probably by the time you wake its all gone and you never know its there. It

Ci sono le larve di larve nella foresta, sono preoccupati, sono entrati nella stanza e si sono puliti, chiusi le finestre, non c'è problema.La struttura è stata fissata per due camere e due guardie, le finestre sono cadute, la larva è luminosa.La larva è unica, la parte superiore è collegata al mondo esterno, la rete sottile è isolata, il larve di larve notturne è utile per dormire. La temperatura e la velocità del flusso di bagno sono comodi, il bagno è molto grande e allevia la fatica dei turisti.Il bosco è molto ossigenato, la notte è pulita, lontano dalla fame, e una buona notte.La colazione è un piacere inaspettato, il pranzo è fatto ora, aspettare con pazienza, può bere caffè e cibo delizioso. Dubito che il loro cuoco sia stato allenato a mangiare cinese. E'un delizioso gusto della mia visita a Cancun. Alcuni mi dispiace non essere venuti a cena qui la notte scorsa. Devo avere un buon appetito di champagne. Il personale di servizio qui è molto amichevole, chiedere l'introduzione con pazienza quando si circonda, aggiungere un avviso di guida e di gioco, evitare la trappola di tasse supplementari, e consigli di viaggio molto pratici.

As a family of four adults and two children we found this resort very easy to navigate around. With a huge reception lobby area with unlimited hot and cold drinks and waiting service at all times we were very impressed with the facilities. There were various pools and swim up bars so trying various ones gave us the chance to sample different places in the resort which was handy. The food was extremely varied and there was lots of choice of foods from hot and cold and drinks which changed regular which was really good. The dolphin training pool at Tulum was free to watch but as we also paid for a dolphin experience for all of us this was amazing for the children so would recommend. The shuttle trollies were great to transport you from one hotel to another and also to the beach and I found this to be really organised. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly but not imposing and one of the most impressive things was to see all the different jobs being attended to around this huge complex. The only thing I have to say which was not to be satisfaction was although the rooms was clean and tidy the bathroom was a let down on a few different levels. The tap leaked and the water flowed down the sides of the tiles and out into the living area. The jacuzzi bath blasted out water with some power along with a big lump of someone's hair which was disgusting but no bubbles just a jet of water blasting the wall . The wildlife around the complex was so lovely to see including a giant lizard living outside of the room entrance but never entered further and was totally harmless. There were also Coaties and capyburas and none of them bothered the guests. We took the free trip to Playa Del Carmen arranged through the hotel although at the expense of having to visit a jewellers as part of the deal but also got to sample several free tequila shots for free upstairs so not all bad . There is a market near Tulum where the transport trolley cars take you to where you can barter for deals although not all cheap products. Over all the experience was excellent and would definitely return in the future

Questo hotel è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa per me. Il personale dell'hotel puliva e puliva le cose ogni volta che le vedevo, il che era ovviamente un paio di volte al giorno. Il mio soggiorno includeva un tour gratuito alla gioielleria e alla fabbrica di tequila. Dopo questo, ci hanno lasciato in un beach club dove potevamo raggiungere a piedi il mercato locale e scegliere di fare shopping e mangiare. Sembrava che ogni sera l'hotel avesse una serata di film in piscina, il che era una bella aggiunta. A volte le pulizie ti diranno qualcosa e poi non faranno quello che dicono. Ad esempio, ho dovuto chiamare 4 volte per ordinare più acqua per la nostra camera per il minibar. Hanno detto che sarebbero venuti presto le prime 3 volte, ma stavamo aspettando da più di un paio d'ore quelle volte, ma alla fine la quarta volta si sono presentati.
