Hotel in zona Mr. Blackbird Boutique, Tulum

La struttura si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Tulum, e 20-40 minuti in auto dalla spiaggia (dipende molto dal traffico, ma io ci sono stata nella prima settimana di gennaio, quindi in pieno picco turistico.) L'hotel è provvisto di piscina e di bar/ristorante dove è possibile fare colazione. La nostra stanza (king suite) era piuttosto grande, il bagno idem. Letto comodo, ma cuscini indecenti, quelli di dimensioni normali erano duri come sasssi e quelli più morbidi erano piccoli tipo cuscini da divano e riempiti con pezzetti di...qualcosa (gommapiuma? Stracci?). Due i punti dolenti: la insonorizzazione delle camere è inesistente, e le pulizie MOOOOLTO approssimative.... In 9 giorni, mai un cambio di lenzuola o una lavata al pavimento o ai sanitari. Il prezzo pagato non è esattamente economico per Tulum, quindi mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più. Una nota di merito alla receptionist Melina, gentile e sempre sorridente. Suggerisco alla gestione di controllare meglio lo stato delle camere dopo il passaggio delle pulitrici.

Il prezzo è un po'prezioso.La posizione è buona.La strada è conveniente per mangiare intorno.La stanza è grande.La vita notturna è ricca.È anche conveniente andare alla stazione.In futuro, a Cancún sceglierebbe di nuovo di soggiornare.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Tulum downtown. It is centrally located with easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. Our room was spotless, large and comfortable with a good sized bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is small but spotlessly clean and surrounded by lovely plants and trees. There are only two things that spoil this hotel and both could be easily solved, reading the previous reviews it is surprising they have not been acted upon. Firstly, the breakfast is truly disappointing. The choices are very limited, weak, luke warm coffee and ‘juice’. The toast is worth a special mention as it’s the cheapest bread you could buy served with a small melted spoon of margarine- absolutely vile and inedible. The staff do not wish to interact with you at breakfast and the whole affair is the worst possible start to the day you can imagine. Avoid it and go elsewhere if you want to start your day full and happy 😊 Secondly, on arrival you are required to provide a card for a damages deposit. This includes STAINS to the SHEETS and TOWELS!!? Helloooooooo… someone said this is a hotel. How do you differentiate between normal stains and deliberate stains we asked innocently? Don’t even go there… we were terrified. Could this be the only hotel in the world to adopt this policy? For these two reasons we would not stay again but credit to the wonderful staff, spotlessly clean and well appointed rooms.. perhaps they can persuade the management to have a re think on their next team day 🤔 Other helpful stuff- We hired bikes to get to the beach as it is over an hour to walk in the heat, the bikes are very basic and the route is easy. However, it’s worth knowing that if you plan to spend time at the beach you will need to pay a cover charge at a beach bar for the beds and parasol. Over the week this adds up and you may want to consider staying at a beachfront location. We had rejected this idea initially as it was more expensive but adding in the extra costs and convenience it may be worth it. You also need to pay for access to the beach, it’s not much and you get a wrist band which you can reuse the next day. Sadly, the beach although still beautiful, is ruined by the sea**** that is washed up daily and forms huge mounds on the beach making it unsightly and turning the once clear waters into a murky brown. Staff are working hard to remove it but it is a losing battle and we did not enjoy our time here as much as Holbox for this reason. Neither would we return.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. Le camere e soprattutto la piscina sono esattamente come le foto e sono stupende. Il nostro soggiorno era tranquillo in termini di altri ospiti, poiché l'hotel non è al 100% in piedi e ancora correre (nessun ristorante interno e palestra, ma sono stati offerti di utilizzare le strutture dell'hotel vicino) che amavamo, come abbiamo avuto la grande piscina per tutti noi :-). Dovresti essere consapevoli che l'area intorno all'hotel (Aldea Zama) è separata dal ”centro” da un'area che non dovresti passare di notte - quindi devi contare su (costo) cabine o una macchina per andare in giro la notte - non la responsabilità dell'hotel, ma un problema di molte aree di Tulum per essere consapevoli!

Hotel elegante e lussuoso nel sud-est di Tulum Pueblo. Le aree sono bellissime e le camere sono molto moderne. Il personale è molto attento. Molto tranquillo, ma anche conveniente al supermercato Chedraui e vicino a alcuni belli ristoranti e bar. Il design della camera molto moderna è dotato di un bagno che non è nel suo bagno con una porta, ma è stato bloccato dietro un pilastro tra la zona della cucina e la doccia. A seconda della comodità del vostro partner/compañero di stanza, questo potrebbe essere difficile. È stata anche un'ispezione in camera al checkout per assicurarsi che tutti i prodotti della stanza siano contabilizzati prima di poter partire. Forse le esperienze passate con gli ospiti lo rendevano necessario, ma era insolito e un po' fuori posto.

Adoro i nuovi articoli del menu! Sid e il personale mi hanno accolto e mi hanno fatto una bevanda perfetta e un pasto sano e leggero. L'atmosfera ha tutta la bella Tulum unica, ma non la divertente vibe del club spiaggia. Perfetto per un viaggiatore solo che cerca di ottenere fondato e sano.
