The whole thing is extremely small. It’s just beyond my imagination. Other than that, it’s an ok place. Very quiet. Oh their AC is unbelievably loud. Restaurant is ok. Costs 110usd for two ppl to dine with no dessert.

Hotel fronte mare (mare pieno di alghe però) in stile caraibico. Le camere sono a forma di capanna e si affacciano su una piccola piscina. L'albergo è strutturato con un infinita di zone relax all'aperto in modo da godere dell'atmosfera caraibica. Personale competente anche se inevitabilmente vige la regola della mancia (più paghi più sono gentili e viceversa). Unica pecca la posizione: dentro la zona archeologica sei dipendente dai taxi, i quali applicano dei prezzi a dir poco criminali.

Super place. Amazing service. Beyond great beach. Lots of nice places to eat. Concierge service was very exceptional. Many excellent yoga options nearby. Very close to ruins. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet up-scale place in Tulum.

This hotel is luxurious and quiet. We spent a week in one of the ocean view suites. The staff was wonderful from beginning to end--bartenders, servers, concierge staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. They suggested restaurants, arranged tours, and hailed taxis for us. We would love to return sometime in the future! Thanks Mezzanine!

A bit further away from the big Tulum hotel zone, this hotel is incredibly romantic. There were barely any people on the beach and the views are spectacular. This boutique hotel is affiliated with this sister hotel - Mi Amor right next door and La Zebra on the big stretch - and guests can use the facilities at any of these other hotels. We spent time and ate at all three hotels. All three had exceptional service and 5 star restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience. The customer service went above our expectations. The view from our room is unbeatable . Absolutely beautiful all around. The food is delicious and all the staff is so helpful and friendly. This part of the beach is uncrowded which was a huge plus to us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning again!

Beautiful small boutique hotel set on a low cliff slightly above the beach with lovely views. An easy flight down steps to a beautiful beach. The Thai restaurant on site was outstanding. I never eat at hotel restaurants but this was exceptional and we ate there a few times. The deck overlooking the ocean is such a pleasant place to eat. The hotel is away from the busy area of Tulum. The beach was never crowded when we were there. We could go down to the fray when we wanted but were in peace and quiet at the hotel and never noisy or hectic. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully and elegantly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast baskets left at our door were such a treat. The pool is small but clean and refreshing, and set amid pretty foliage with a view of the ocean. The hotel and grounds in general were elegant but down to earth and cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stunning beach setting. It was incredibly relaxing. It was delightful to snuggle up with a warm cup of tea before going to sleep. The bartenders were fantastic, and let's talk about the food! It was hands down some of the best we had on our entire trip.
