Despite most reviews, our experience was fine. The place does look new and clean. It has a kitchen and fridge. Only thing that the kitch3n doesnt come with are cooking sets or dinnerwares. I believe you have to buy them at the front desk. We didnt need them as we only needed to stay 1 night due to our place having no water service yet. The highway noise is a problem but we knocked out so it didn't bothered us. Front desks were friendly upon check in. Easy check out. Has a gym for guests use. Near walmart, dave & buster and movie theater plus other food places and starbucks and costco. They provided 2 body towels and 2 handwash towels. No hairdryer. I don't think they had shampoo n conditioner but we had our own. Everything looked new still so id stay here again if needed.

The hotel is beautiful. Its in a great location. The area is safe. There are many things to do around the hotel. The condition of the rooms was great, but the walls were paper thin. I could hear galloping in the room above us. I called the front desk, but the galloping continued all morning and all night. The bed was comfortable. The window could use a curtain as the sun was bright in the morning. The room lacked an iron and ironing board. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

This hotel is operated on the cheap. No hand towels, no coffee maker in the room, no hair dryer (to be checked out at the front desk), no tissue, a rag for a wash clothe, only a sample of shampoo, no conditioner or lotion, no breakfast.
Why not charge another $5 and provide your guests with these things? We won't be back to such a cheaply run hotel. It's easier to retain present guests than to try to acquire new ones each time who will never be back.

Very clean room. Easy check in and check out. Decent area with a movie theater and Dave and busters next door and Walmart very close by.

Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean, but it was very noisy. One more complaint I had was that they didn’t even have a blow dryer in the rooms but it was nice to have a small kitchen in the rooms.

Nice property. The room is small. Good for short term stay. The only thing I did not like, if you plan on cooking or meal prep you have to pay extra for cooking utensils. Other hotels in the area, the rooms with kitchenettes are fully stocked.

The staff do a great job and are very friendly. Anytime I had an issue (which didn't happen often) they were very helpful to make things right.
The biggest issue I have with the location is the noise. It's a fairly new building and I expected it to be quieter. The road noise from the adjacent highway is loud. I had to make sure my room window was closed, because it seemed like it was open.
If you stay there, make sure you stay on the top floor. There isn't too much noise coming from within the hotel, other than from the ceiling. If you stay on a lower floor, be prepared to wake up when the person in the room above you wakes up and starts walking around their room.
