Avendo una grande esperienza di soggiorno a Tbilisi, il personale è davvero sorprendente e utile, mi hanno dato i suggerimenti e le rotte su come viaggiare localmente con l'aiuto del trasporto pubblico. I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

Se vuoi un gusto di Georgia, questo hotel può essere solo il posto per te. Si trova in un quartiere residenziale antico, di strade di torcia e di salite. Se conosci città come Hong Kong, Istanbul o Belgrado, sarai familiare con questo. Puoi facilmente camminare dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale. Altrimenti, il 368 bus vi porterà la maggior parte della strada. L'hotel è decorato con una grande veranda con una bella vista sulla città per colazione o una bevanda serale. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, aveva tutto quello che mi aspettavo, tra cui un piccolo frigo e TV, una caldaia, un tè e un caffè. Per me l'accento era il colazione, e'un buffet di piatti georgiani dolci e deliziosi, freschi, fatti dal proprietario, tra cui uova, salate e pancake tradizionali, piccoli e spesso con crema acida. Se cerchi confort tradizionali, li troverai qui, con il calore e un autentico giro locale.

Отличный отель, идеальное расположение. Центр, при этом тихий центр. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо Диане, внимательная, готовая ответить на любой вопрос. Завтрак - отдельный вид искусства! Домашний йогурт с семенами Чиа - 10 из 10! Дети остались в восторге от выпечки! Ну и про чистоту, очень и очень чисто! Тапочки и халаты есть, просто спросите их на ресепшен. Спасибо в общем, за наш отличный отдых!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa proprietà prima impressioni eccellenti la casa è molto elegante. Check-in e check-out è stato molto efficiente e amichevole come è stato la manipolazione dei bagagli . Le nostre camere (204 e 409 ) erano spaziose e ben presentate , come le camere da bagno e riflettevano l' eleganza generale dell' intera proprietà . Le strutture erano come si aspettavano in un istituto di cinque stelle, la connettività era buona, mentre i livelli di rumore per il sonno erano bassi nonostante i lavori di costruzione su pavimenti inferiori. Il personale in generale è stato molto piacevole che in Georgia non è sempre il caso soprattutto nei ristoranti , tutti noi che abbiamo affrontato avevano un ordine ragionevole di inglese , soprattutto per quanto riguarda la reception e i portatori di alberghi . L'hotel è stato dotato di un servizio di limone per l'aeroporto, che è stato meraviglioso, il conducente è stato molto utile e gentile e guidava in modo sicuro. Ho dimenticato il mio bagaglio di mano nell'auto dell'aeroporto dopo che siamo stati lasciati (tempo di panico) ma fortunatamente un telefono all'hotel aveva il conducente che ci riaccettava entro quindici minuti . Nonostante alcune delle recensioni non così buone abbiamo ritenuto che questo hotel fosse costoso per la Georgia , ma comunque era ragionevolmente premiato per il livello di servizio che fornisce . Il parere si basa su venti anni di soggiorno in cinque a sette mesi all'anno in un'ampia gamma di località in tutto il mondo.
