La stanza è pulita. La posizione è molto buona. Ci è una stazione Union a 10 minuti a piedi. E 'molto conveniente viaggiare entrambi l'aeroporto all'hotel. Molti ristoranti attorno all'hotel. Comodissima poiché a due passi dalle attrazioni principali della città..personale gentilissimo..camera esagerata e pulitissima..la migliore struttura fino ad ora tra le maggiori catene alberghiere..consigliatissimo..inoltre ha vicino una serie di posti dove mangiare molto carini..ottima esperienza

La posizione è perfetta, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Union e vicino alla piattaforma di traghetto a Toronto Island. La nave costa solo 8.70 CAD per un viaggio in giro per 20 minuti. E 'un bel posto per visitare, specialmente coloro che godono della natura. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza davanti al lago, che è molto raccomandato. E 'una vera foto presa dalla finestra al mattino. Il servizio in camera è bello e il buffet colazione con molte variezze di cibo. I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

The Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.

Il nostro fine settimana è stato un bel fine settimana, è un luogo ideale, un traghetto all'aeroporto di pochi minuti. È stato bello avere incluso il colazione, e hanno una generosa scelta da scegliere! Siamo stati incastrati la piscina non è ancora operativa, ma sapevamo che prima di andare, quindi ci aspettiamo di goderla un'altra volta. Rimaneremmo qui, e lo consigliereremmo a chiunque cercasse un hotel pulito e conveniente vicino all'aeroporto. La nostra stanza era di fronte all'aeroporto e i bambini erano più felici di guardare che poi la TV (grazie!) E vale la pena notare che eravamo vicino all'ascensore, ma non era una questione di rumore a tutti (come abbiamo vissuto altrove nel passato) (Nota laterale, siamo stati soddisfatti che la temperatura della stanza era coerente (e il sistema di raffreddamento/riscaldamento è tranquillo!) È fantastico tutto intorno!

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby
