Wuzhen is operated by a hotel group. Check in at the tourist center and the hotel staff will help to transfer your luggage to your room. The hotel room is so beautiful and everything is well maintained. Xizha have lots to explore and 2 nights is just enough for us. It is bustling in the day and peaceful at night. Sleep quality is good and quality of toiletries as well. Book the breakfast at 早茶客 as it tends to be full during weekend. Worth the stay.

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

The hotel is located in the west scenaric area, room spacious and with good breakfast.

The hotel is extremely beautiful and convenient. Service from our butler xiao yuan 小袁service is impeccable! Very impressive.. all of us enjoyed the trip very much!

Love the water town and the stay at Tong an is super and above our expectation.There is nothing i could comment further other than the price.The room is ckean and well decorated.Will stay here again if go back to Wu Zhen.

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

I had a fantastic stay at Wuzhen Tong'an Inn. The good location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made my trip memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future.

The hotel is inside the tourist areas. It is closed to the main entrance. Breakfast selections are sufficient. Overall is a good experience

Good location, just on the beginning of the West side entrance, but need to take a complimentary buggy into the reception lobby. Breakfast at the market was interesting, as you could order the dim sum you like from each stalls and sit anywhere around the water market area.

Hygiene of the hotel was good. The buffet breakfast has few variety. One of the negative point was the hotel check-in are extremely lack of training where the check in process was super slow.
