Good location, near the lake and near some Cafe and delicious foods. It worth

Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.

Hotel is good. Location is very convenient. Service is also good. The room was not okay because the room smell is the same with the aircon car. And I was came from the railway station by bus and felt dizzy. And the room was also the same smell with the car. And I asked to the receptionist to change room for me if possible, and she helped me to change another room. The second room was great. I slept last night very well. The loft structure is unique. The second room didn't have any smell. Overall, I like this hotel. I also can see Zhaoqing famous place from the hotel. Thank you. Next time, I will come again.

Not matter the location, service, cleanliness is very very good! It’s located just right next the lake, right up a shopping mall, and what amazing is right opposite the long distance buy stop.  Food is all round here, next be there again I must book Xingdao  Lake View Hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這次入住體驗非常棒，必須給這家酒店五星好評，雖然酒店沒有提供早餐服務，但這並不能影響整體的入住體驗。酒店的位置便利，周邊交通十分方便，最讓人驚喜的是房間的清潔程度。走進房間，地面一塵不染，床單被罩平整乾淨且沒有異味。衞生間的潔具光亮如新，洗漱用品擺放整齊且品牌質量都不錯。浴室的排水系統很好，幾乎沒有積水現象 ，酒店的服務人員也十分熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房的整個過程都很順暢。房間內的設施也很齊全，各種用品都很齊備，總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住經歷，雖然沒有早餐，但房間的乾淨整潔以及周到的服務都讓人覺得物超所值。強烈推薦這家酒店！！！

首先，這個位置是我住過最滿意的地方，對面就是星湖廣場，樓下就是商業中心，下樓餐廳很多，能夠滿足不同地方客户的需求，打車也非常方便定位精準，訂的湖景房，大大的落地窗風景完全不輸五星酒店。房間設施完善，洗衣機和水壺等，和適合家庭親子出行。性價比很高，以後會回購。強烈推薦！

複式房體驗感拉滿！上下兩層格局巧妙，樓下小吧枱能簡單做點飲品，樓上卧室隔音超棒。房間打掃得一塵不染，連角落都乾乾淨淨。酒店位置鬧中取靜，晚上睡得特香。前台小姐姐還貼心給了周邊攻略，吃飯打卡都方便。性價比超高，下次來還選這！

房間不算太乾淨，沙發牆壁和水杯都有污漬 房間空調是壞的，16º最大風還是熱到流汗，客服態度不錯，就是要啥啥沒有，風扇沒有手搖扇沒有，客服指導調20度試試，拍了個視頻，大家可以感受下噪音，娃以為哪裡在裝修呢！半夜熱到不行不想忍，聯繫客服換房間，新房間也是要開到16º，稍微涼些，其實也是壞的。客服自己都説他們的空調都不太行，既然知道為什麼不修理！然後還厚着臉皮一直髮訊息要好評，咋不上天呢？

入住體驗超預期！雖然不含早餐稍顯遺憾，但複式房型空間感十足，上下分層設計既私密又寬敞。最驚艷的是臨湖景觀——超大落地窗將瀲灧湖光盡收眼底，清晨薄霧、黃昏落日美不勝收。坐在露台上喝茶觀景，心曠神怡。環境清幽，設施乾淨，複式+臨湖的組合極具特色，非常值得入住！下次還會選擇這裏。

複式公寓，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，這個價格性價比一流，樓下就是商場，吃飯購物都超級方便，位置也好，在景區對面，老闆好説話，值得推薦！

在這座陌生的城市旅行，偶然發現這家小店，店面雖不起眼，卻有着獨特的韻味。店內環境乾淨整潔，裝飾簡約又充滿文藝氣息，這裏的餐品十分誘人，食材新鮮，口味獨特，無論是主食還是小吃，都能讓味蕾得到極大滿足。服務也很周到，店員熱情又細心，不含早餐這一説法，讓我能更自由地安排自己的用餐計劃。總之，這是一次超棒的用餐體驗，五星好評，下次來這座城還來這兒
