Style. Kengo Kuma and Ian Schrager designed Setting. 34 out of 183 Michelin starred restaurants are in Ginza Explore. Vibrant Ginza with art galleries, shops and restaurants Rooms. 86 rooms. Was upgraded to Premier King room, 517 sq ft of calm zen modern space with welcome snacks. I loved the hotel mini bar and snacks, didn’t touch the Krug but having the option was nice @ the hotel. Great service. The doorman literally jumped into the cab to help me with the credit card payment which is done via the tv screen in the backseat Food & drinks. Delicious Japanese breakfast at Sophia. Lots of places for a drink here on several floors, sadly did not have enough time. With only 86 rooms, breakfast was a pleasant experience with the energy you get from an intimate boutique hotel Prices. US$1000 per night. A bit expensive but I used my points Rating. 5/5

We stayed another night due to the flight rescheduled to next day. We booked a different room type which is the lux king room. Very great room with great view from the room and very spacious. Happy to come back again when we visit Japan. Highly recommend if your budget is allowed, book this room type for entire stay in Tokyo. Great location.

Il controllo in corso non era molto piacevole, perché dovevamo aspettare che il nostro bagaglio fosse portato nella nostra stanza e dovevo chiamare il dipartimento di frontiera per farlo dopo un lungo periodo di attesa. Quando qualcuno è arrivato, era raccogliere sacchi che non erano quello che avevamo comunicato. Un'altra occasione è stata una rappresentante del front desk non troppo amichevole, le cui risposte sono state cortese. Il ristorante e il bar sono stati molto più amichevoli e professionali del desk front

La posizione dell'hotel è grande. Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, si può prendere il treno non fermato all'aeroporto di Narrita o all'aeroporto di Haneda. La passeggiata al famoso mercato Tsukiji è solo circa 15 minuti. E ha uno dei più famosi posti di noodle, Godaime Hanayama Udon, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Inoltre, hanno negozi comodi vicino. Oh, sì, le famose strade commerciali sono letteralmente 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Con un centro commerciale vicino. (Guardando il quadro che ho messo, il punto rosso marca l'hotel, e ho anche tirato fuori le famose strade shopping) La camera dell'hotel è considerata molto spaziosa rispetto ad altri hotel in Giappone, e il bagno è sorprendentemente grande. I will visit again. Great location as I could access most tourist centres easily. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast options also gave me the chance to try japanese cuisines even though they had few Western options. I love the fact t that the toilet was separated from the bath area. I loved the fact that you needed the access card to use the elevator 🛗 to the rooms. Security was very important to me even though Japan is a safe place generally.

Very nice facility. I particularly liked the number of outlets and USB ports. Service desk personnel were kind and helpful. The automated check-in/check-out is convenient with options for English and other languages. Room floors were secure - one had to use their room key to get the elevator above the 2nd floor.

We were very impressed by the Aloft Hotel in Ginza. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the three rooms which our party stayed in were fantastic. Whoever designed the rooms should be congratulated as they offered lots of useful additions that we haven’t noticed before. For example, the magnetic bedside shelf (no more phones or iPads falling off), the hot steam iron, the fabric spray (and plenty of coat hangers), a superb shower area and the modern Toto toilet. The daily breakfast in the Warehouse was first class too! The rooms were far better than we were expecting and all the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the Higashi Ginza metro (underground) station which was a relief as our party of 6 had lots of suitcases between us. And it was just a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Imperial Palace grounds. Five star all round!!!

We felt that this hotel was centrally located in Ginza and we had quick access to a lot of the shopping and attractions nearby either by walking or using the metro. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. The check in was smooth but our room was not available until 4 pm. They do offer luggage storage in the lobby and will deliver luggage to the rooms. The lobby offers a light breakfast (for a fee), a welcome coffee in the morning and they have a spring water fountain that dispenses cold water. There is also a spot in the lobby where you can grab your toiletries for your room or items for the onsen room like the yukata. There is also a pillow selection area and it might be worth getting here promptly because once they're gone they are gone! The rooms were comfy and quiet. We booked a run of the house and although our bag was originally marked to be delivered to a bigger room we got a much more compact one. We didn't mind as we had gambled when we made the choice and saved a bit because we did. The room had a large TV, a small work station and a very small bathroom. The room was still well equipped and we had a kettle, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, fabric freshener, spots to hang our clothes and enough room to put our large luggage without it being in the way. The bed was very comfy and we felt we got a good night's rest. The room also had good WiFi and a number of outlets including a few USB plug ins. The room had a tablet which was kind of gimmicky but could control the lights, AC or heat and the TV. There were some videos on demand including some adult content. I spent more time than I felt I should trying to figure out how to screencast and ultimately was not able to. There is an option to select a language on the tablet but some instructions are only in Japanese. We played with the tablet a bit the first night but it wasn't really needed to enjoy the room. We thought it was funny that we only got one long pillow and each day they offered one bottle of water despite the double occupancy.bit is worth while getting the pillow selection and without it we aren't sure how we would have slept. We felt for a hotel that calls itself ”premier” the one pillow and one bottle was off. The onsen for men was on the second floor and women were on the third floor. The men require no code but the women's code changes daily and you have to pick up the code from the front desk each day. They have shampoo, conditioner and body/face wash and the onsen is pretty clean but on the smaller side. Each time I went there were 4 men in the soaking bath and that is pretty much the limit. There isn't water in the onsen area but there is a vending machine and water dispenser in the hallway. The women's onsen was not as busy according to my wife but she did note there were guests that weren't aware they should have quiet conversations or none at all. There are lockers provided in the change room and clips to put on your sandals to mark them. There are no towels or wash cloths here though and you have to bring the towels from your room and the cloths can be picked up in the lobby. The laundry area was normally available and they have two washers and two dryers. It takes about half an hour each to wash and dry and they provide laundry detergent. They could use some English signage in the laundry area as it seems some people weren't sure how to use the machines like how to start or that they needed to empty the dryer lint. Each time I used the laundry machine I removed about a quarter inch of lint from the screen which shows that they aren't being properly maintained. The hotel only offers room service to rooms if you put a room service magnet on the door before 11 am. When the magnet is hung it is cleaned well and they replace the towels and bring you your one bottle.

L'hotel Muji ha rispettato le mie aspettative! Se sei un fan dei prodotti Muji (o se ti interessa come i prodotti Muji possono essere messi insieme in una stanza hotel), allora questo è un hotel per te!! Mi sono divertito con la camera, le strutture e la posizione deliziosa dell'hotel (in Ginza). Il personale era amichevole. Tuttavia, possono essere più attenti. Andando in piedi, si dispone di piani di prodotti Muji che si possono acquistare! Una delle cose buone è che non devi andare in ricezione ogni volta che vai nella tua stanza - che preferisco. Si consiglia di rimanere qui per una o due notti e provare il loro colazione o pranzo! :) Goditi!

Il Mercure Hotel Ginza Tokyo è un bell'hotel vicino a Ginza e alla stazione di Tokyo. Ci piace la posizione dell'hotel dove ci sono molti bei ristoranti e negozi nei dintorni. Ci sentiamo al sicuro di notte e anche un McDonal aperto 24 ore su 24 è al piano di sotto. La dimensione della stanza è relativamente buona per gli standard di Tokyo, quindi non ti preoccupare non c'è spazio per le tue valigie. Anche il personale dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo Mercure Ginza ai visitatori di Tokyo.

La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino al treno e molti buoni ristoranti vicino! La camera è molto piccola, ma si accontenta. Anche se puliscono la gomma, cambiano i tovaglioli e le spazzole dentali ogni giorno, non puliscono altro. Abbiamo indicato per la pulizia della stanza qualche volta, ma il pavimento era ancora sporco e c'erano capelli nel pavimento del bagno. Il personale di accoglienza è stato amichevole e utile, offre una varietà di servizi che devono essere presi dalla ricezione lvl. Nel pavimento della stanza, forniscono acqua e distributori di ghiaccio. In generale, un buon hotel 👍🏼

A me piace questo hotel! È in una posizione fantastica a Ginza a circa 15 minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni di Ginza. Ha anche molti grandi ristoranti intorno e ha facile accesso alla metropolitana, agli autobus e all'aeroporto. Sono stato molto felice con il personale dell'hotel, perché erano così utili con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. La stanza era ancora molto piccola considerando che è un Tokyo, ma i lobby sono grandi e belli, così si può andare a rilassarsi e godere di un sacco di raffreddamento gratuito, come il caffè o il tè.
